Hi dear just my 2cents worth and no hard feelings towards your SA. I come to realise that there are many items not off the shelves in stores. It is good that you can surf some Hermes webs online to see any new seasonal items which you like and inform your SA to keep a look out / reserve for you. I believe many of the SAs are overwhelmed and they would probably appreciate clients esp regulars who can be decisive in their purchases than having to serve them for an hour or half in the shop not knowing what to buy. Also as they are very overwhelmed , there are times I told my SA that I wanted certain items , she also missed them out . I will usually drop her a text one week later to nudge her to keep a look out for me

It’s true that the SAs are overwhelmed by demand over supply. I personally observed a good one hour at the store and witnessed the traffic streaming in, busy SAs putting in their best services, and how empty some shelves were. Sometimes, the SAs don’t even have time for bio break.

With more and more shopping with BKC in mind, the competition is stiffer than before.

Do you mean there are many items in the store that is not displayed on the shelf? Actually I have done that in the past. I send pictures from the H online of what I like to her to have her keep a look out for me. However, I have a sense that she just says ok to me and then when I get there, she will just have me repeat everything again. Then she will say ok this diamond watch is not available but here is what we have.

Actually because there really isn't anything that I really like in there, I ended up buying 3 or 4 big items only to hit the amount within 3 visits. Am I alone in this?

If u r willingly spending big money on things you don’t like and already hit your quota, why would your SA exert effort to help you to source for all the small things?

I recently picked up something at Liat and there are many bags being brought out to clients to see (Saturday morning 11am). And lots of rtws coming from the stockroom (I picked up a scarf ).
I have a friend who was ghosted by her SA in LT after supporting this SA for a year in the hope of scoring her first QB bag, but she was able to get a birkin from MBS under her sister's name (her sister was just her 2nd account and didnt expect to get offered a QB). When her Liat SA saw her birkin, her SA quietly gave her a gift (calvi). Is this even allowed? So now her SA in LT is trying to make up but she stopped and started buying in MBS.

I would also suggest going to the store early morning! seems stocks appear or you get to see what others are offered!

My dear, you should not be buying what you don’t like just to land on a QB. How about you send her a wishlist (you can update her periodically) and let her comb through and let you know when what you want arrives? So each time you go in, it’s when you get to collect what you want. She can take the oppo to show you what’s available in-store? In a way you’re also signaling to her that you will only come in when there’s something that you want and you will not just buy what’s available.

i feel upset for you that you’re not getting what you like.

You have a good point. So difficult to navigate this. If I don't buy when I go into the store, will she think I am bother to serve. If I buy whatever I don't like, she won't help me save things I like.

I was planning to get many bags that is why I want to keep spending despite waiting for my first Qb. I am learning from others that maybe there is a quota to how many QB you can have in a year. Is that right? From my SA, I understood (or so I thought), I could just keep buying and the amount will roll over to the next bag and the next. She is probably very overwhelmed so she is not exactly responding to me as well. Not sure if I should bring this up to her over texting.

I have already sent her pictures of items I want and descriptions but nothing. They are a variety of things from shoes to non quota bags to wallets to accessories. Nothing. I got an "ok" as if to say she will look out for them. But nothing materialized.

Lemme share what I found out about SG (I relocated back to SG and had to restart this journey).

1. 2 QBs a calendar year.
2. Pre-spend doesn’t include your other bag purchases.
3. And you’re unlikely to get a mini Lindy until after your first QB.
4. WOC & slim wallets are hard to get in sg. 5. Gotta wait around 6-9 months for some popular FJ.
6. Be super nice to your SA coz they are really stretched! So many customers wanting stuff and they need to spread the love. Sometimes if I’m running late, my SA will say ok I quickly go toilet now. Feel bad for her.
