I'm really curious, then wouldn't it discourage customers from spending? I would keep my business trickling in if I know that whatever I spend can go towards a QB .
 
So far, I haven't bought anything that I liked from the store. There is a pair of shoes that I don't mind, but in a totally different colour. Everything else, I just purchase for the quota. Because like I have mentioned earlier, I did ask her for a handful of things that I actually like, but she never looked out for me. It seems like it is useless to tell her anything as she doesn't materialize anything.

Could you advise on how to actually buy stuff that I like? Do I go in every few weeks to have a look? I never leave empty handed which is why I always end up buying things that I don't really like. I will always thank her for her service and remark at how lovely my purchases are. But I don't feel excited about them as what I want are never in stock.

Sometimes I wonder if she just prefers other customers and so when they request for the same stuff, she just gives everything to them.

Oh dear.. Sorry to hear that but hope that you'll enjoy your purchases eventually and not purely for the quota. Frankly I love my purchases more when I started wearing them than when I first bought it as they are very versatile and of good quality. Do understand the frustration when everything is not available. Not sure what you've requested for, like others have mentioned, it could be too popular and depends on the fastest fingers, plus, stocks seem really really low since the end of last year.
I started out visiting quite frequently (Every few weeks) to make purchases, glad that during that time (early last year) I'm still able to get things that I like. Sometimes, I asked for things and manage to see them in store myself before my SA even update me (or will I be prompted?) but there were also times she'll update and keep it aside for me. So it's give and take and I conclude that they are really really busy and might have overlook or for whatever reason. It may be easier to register interest for items that is yet to launch, arrive in SG. Just try to be more pro-active and thick skin ourselves but not too overly else it'll be annoying already. Yea.. this game can be quite frustrating sometimes. I hope you get your QB soon and by then you can decide whether or not to switch store.;)

I just feel you are very blessed. I'm envious. My SA never reserves for me. And I am not able to enter the store to see if theres anything i like because I am unable to even enter the store every few weeks. I don't know how I can be offensive because I am not a in your face person. I tend to be very perceptive of the subtleties in the body language etc. Maybe I should be more thick skinned haha.

Recently, I have nothing to buy also. A few things my SA says will look out for me but nothing happened. First time I went to the shop with nothing to buy, just to place a deposit for an item. Then my SA brought out a lot of small bits and pieces, which I chose one of them to get. Usually I don’t shop this way.

My SA appeared kinda apologetic/embarrassed that she didnt have much to offer (and she knows I usually don’t buy those things) but said that very little stock arrived and the item I chose ….only 4 pieces arrived at the store.

Yes, i think stocks are really v v low or there are just too many new clients. This is the first time that i send some items I’m interested in and no news on whether it’s available. It’s probably added to the waiting list but in the past at least 1/2 of the items i requested will be available for purchase. Even RTW are flying off the shelves. Everything i wanted are not available and it’s a long list of items i sent over. None are t-shirts, it’s the cashmere cardigan in various colours and jackets but none were available. The last round i pop by the store it was super quiet as well and i was told that orders from last year were too overwhelming and they are still working to fulfill those so they are not taking deposits for other items now.

The item I placed a deposit for is not even ordered by the store. My SA say just put a deposit and see if the request gets rejected by Paris. I guess that’s the best solution she has.

Any idea if the SA will factor in online purchase as well? :sad: (This is provided that I manage to find an SA who can click, have been trying since 2020... :sad:)

Thanks for sharing your experiences. Maybe there is really an overwhelming demand right now. Maybe I shouldn't try to go to the store. Today I checked with her on her availability for next week and no response again. The whole day. I wonder if she will respond.
