I am no Hermes expert but allow me to share my thoughts.

Based on the information you have shared I feel the SA might have a good pool of priority customers and you are probably not on that list. This is certainly no fault of yours but I will not spend anymore and continue to wait for my quota bag. Once you receive the QB it will be a better option to open a new profile in another store but do take your time to find a SA you can click with.
Thanks for your tip! If I start with another store, will my current store/SA know that I've jumped ship?

Hello I have been a silent reader but if you are really determined to switch store but have this worry perhaps you can open an account with say your family members name and their phone number but the downside would be that every time you shop you need to bring that family member along. I also agree with the ladies here that waiting for the current QB first

@Nybluedog If u want to switch stores, you can have a look around. But there is no guarantee u will not meet with the same situation elsewhere. If you flip maybe 10+ pages back, there is a forum member who is a 7 year old client with her SA and also faced situation that her SA didn’t offer her anything for a while and didn’t reply her msgs. Reason being overwhelmed by new clients. However, they cleared things up.

Thank you so much for your reply.

Will it be any different if I say that I plan to build a longer term relationship with Hermes and continue buying from them, and I have only spent a year with this SA.

I feel that she is not fighting for me and doesn't look out for any other items on my wish list. She is also always brushing me off when I want to make an appointment with her. These and other random hot and cold attitude with me. She was even borderline rude to me on some occasion. I really don't want to work with her.

If I buy a lot more with the second SA, will she be able to take over from the first SA in terms of monitoring my first quota bag, or is there even any need for her to monitor my bag?

What do you think? My first SA doesn't look out for me at all anyway.
I’ve a perspective to offer but pls don’t take it negatively k. Perhaps she knows you’re waiting and don’t want you to buy any more so she sortta give you the “cold shoulder” so you can focus on waiting and not spend unnecessarily?

For my SA, she lets me roll over my pre-spend to the next QB. I blatantly talked to her about it because I wanted smtg for Xmas.

I’ve a qn re: your 1st QB though. Did you ask for like a unicorn? Why is the wait 6 months?!? My advice is similar to the other ladies. Get your QB then switch!

I am wondering is it because she prefers that you have an idea of what you want to buy first, before she makes an appointment with you? After all, they can only take in a number of appointments in a day. Of course, your feelings matter the most, and you should always feel happy after you shop at H. If you really feel you don't click with your SA, then yes, agree that wait for your qb first before you switch SA.

I see your point that she could be overwhelmed and it could be the same situation across the stores. I understand that.

You sa can see your profile and know you purchased from other stores so might hurt your chances of getting the qb. Suggest to wait for qb then jump ship.

I also agree not to change sa within the same store as it will be awkward.

I just hope I don't have to wait too long. I do want to spend a lot but because I haven't built up that trust in her, I really don't want to go overboard and buy tons with her in case I don't get the colours I want.

Yes I do give her an inkling of what I'm keen to see that day. Watches or shoes, jewelery or clothes.

I asked for a birkin 25 or 30 in ghw. Colours are all ok for me. I did ask her how much the quota is spend from the get-go. She told me 16k and I did mention if I can move on to the second bag and she said yes.

I don't understand, do you mean when you spend in excess of your quota before getting the QB, you can't roll over to the next bag. Is that what you are saying?
Ratio depends on SA and individual. There are guidelines that we learn from online/social media but nothing is fixed.

yes in my store I cannot roll over any spend after if I’ve reached my “ratio” and waiting for my QB.
