Hi all, I have a huge dilemma and hope that some kind soul here can help me with it.

I have been shopping in hermes Singapore since last year, and have spent the quota amount and apparently my SA has mentioned that my wishlist is in the system. However, I really do not have chemistry with this SA. Is it advisable to switch to another SA in the same store in Singapore, to start on my journey for the second bag. I'm still queueing for the first bag. I haven't received any quota bags to date. Hoping for a reply. Would really appreciate your thoughts on this. Thank you.
I wouldn’t do that if I am in that situation... maybe the rest can chime in... if you read the forum, it has been mentioned that your SA is the one who puts your profile across to their manager, they are also the one who gets allocation of the bags and to fight for you. If i am the SA and my client suddenly switch to another SA for no reason, i will put her at the last of my list and fulfill my other loyal clients first. That’s just my thoughts though

Will it be any different if I say that I plan to build a longer term relationship with Hermes and continue buying from them, and I have only spent a year with this SA.

I feel that she is not fighting for me and doesn't look out for any other items on my wish list. She is also always brushing me off when I want to make an appointment with her. These and other random hot and cold attitude with me. She was even borderline rude to me on some occasion. I really don't want to work with her.

If I buy a lot more with the second SA, will she be able to take over from the first SA in terms of monitoring my first quota bag, or is there even any need for her to monitor my bag?

What do you think? My first SA doesn't look out for me at all anyway.

Or what if I buy small stuff from her until my bag comes then I switch?

My SA and I happen to talk about this situation before (not that I am planning to change SA). Her advice is to wait for the QB.

Additionally, you might want to do some work first (not sure how u gonna do it, sorry!) ….I asked my SA if she is willing to take on my friend who wants to change SA in the same store, she flat out rejected. Could be politics in the store or something else. I don’t know.

U might want to check around if your items are very hard to get. There could be no stocks, so no point to give you an appointment.

Wow, I want to say your SA is very honest to you. Maybe I should just wait for my QB like she suggested. I was told it is 6 months or more. It is 6 months already but nothing.

Would you continue to buy during the waiting time or stop buying and wait?

I tried to ask her if she is free on these dates at a certain timing for example and she will tell me that she is on leave on one day, coming to work after that timing on another day etc AND doesn't give me any alternative. I bought her food goodies on festive seasons too. To my acquaintances, they will usually say I am a nice person and I make friends easily. I am not picky and I think I'm really kind. I really don't think the problem is me. Sorry to rant.

What do I do with her? Do you think she is pushing me away? How to buy when I can't get into the store?

Yes, agree with this. Sometimes we see online people are getting the items we want yet no news from our SA but it could be really due to low stock and fastest fingers.

I bought throughout and placed deposits etc even while waiting and the wait was long... i think more than 6 months if i count the time i hit pre-spend but can’t seek approval it will be even longer than that. I’m told recently that i should not stop even while waiting. Previously i was told to stop while waiting for QB after that i was told to wait awhile then continue spending. Now i’m told that i should not stop. Rules are always changing...

I’m told the appointment system changed as they need to cater for walk in clients. They can only make a limited amount of appointments a day and the rest of the time they have to service walk in clients.

Or maybe tell her you are keen to see what’s new in store in particular e.g, RTW and to let you know when she is available.

Nothing for you to buy lah. Cannot be so free to let you come to the store, chit chat and take her time away from serving other clients right?

Thanks for letting me know. So the rule is do not stop after hitting quota now.

What if you buy small items that are like 500 bucks, will your SA find it hard to track? I previously ordered some homeware that will take a year to arrive. I have made deposit for it and so my spend now would actually be 22k just that the goods have not arrived and will not count towards my spend until they have arrived. I have spent so much on my first QB already.
