Thanks for the insight - it’s interesting, I wonder if it will affect the outcome of a quota bag, there are a few items that I got online since the waitlist in store is too long! I know online spend doesn’t count at all but if the headquarters would take our online spend into consideration or at least review it as a whole

On Friday when my SA mentioned to me about the 1 bag per profile quota in store limit, I specifically asked her if there would be any restriction if I buy it online if I happen to see it, and she told me there is no restriction and that the online website and store are completely separate and independent from each other. So if get mini E in store, still can buy mini E online, it won't affect at all!

Also regarding your SA query, my personal thoughts are if you really like the SA alot and like interacting with her you should ask for her again and try to build a relationship with her! maybe just casually slip in the question when you are there next, say hey maybe it is more convenient for me to make an appointment for next visit, can I have your namecard so that I can book appointment? something like that....

When I talked about it with my SA on friday, she offered the information on her own, she asked me, btw, you know that for bags, only 1 per year right? (referring to mini E). I had already heard about this either on IG/friends or might be this forum, can't remember so I knew about it hence I think if you already got it, this year they won't offer you again already, unless your husband has some spending with them on his profile that are non-bags, maybe you can ask your hb to request with them for it under his profile maybe got chance, but if you are the one requesting even if different profile, they might still take it as it is you so they won't offer you for this year? I think?

Anyway, will update when she manages to get that mini E for me, though my top priority is really very much KTG cos it would help me reach the quota spend earlier!
The mini E is under my hubby’s profile. I haven’t gotten any bags under my profile
 
Even for home items the wait is so long? Then it might take long to hit the spending if the wait time is so long...
Let's say if you hit the spending before the home items you requested for arrive, and then you can get offered a B or K already, does the spending when the home items arrive (but before you confirmed on the B or K) able to be used for the next quota bag spending?
This is a very good question! Wondering this too! About to place an order for Jewelry and home item was told it will be 6 months-1year wait. Will they consider the order (before items arrive) into spending? Since we will have paid the deposit for the items

Hi everyone, I’m just starting my H journey to aim for dream bag. Appreciate if you could recommend a friendly SA at Liat Tower, as my current one is not nice, I wish to change SA as I feel upset every time I met up my SA. I think it’s not prudent to continue with SA that made you not comfortable with since we are going to spend big amount of money in the journey, happy and pleasant in during the journey is important. Thank you in advance

Sorry to hear about your experience. Your purchases are with the store. As long as you make your purchase in the same store, that will help in building a profile.

Having said that, having a good SA is important as it makes your journey more pleasant and efficient. I usually make appts with my SA or check inventory using WhatsApp. So far, to be honest, she has been very responsive. The other SA at another store is also very responsive. Hope your experience gets better

I guess since your spending profile would keep on remaining with the store, you can just change SA if you think this one is not for you, just simply walk in and see which SA they assign to you and see if the next SA assigned is better, you can keep doing that until you find a suitable SA! If it makes you upset to interact with the old SA, then you don't have to make appointment to meet her anymore since anyway your spending would still be there at the store. Good luck!

Hi thank you very much for your advice! I thought I need to inform the manager that I want to change SA, then they will change for me. I already spent around 6k with this SA for first transaction, so I was wondering whether I am considered ‘park under her care’, so I can’t simply change by myself. I saw a very friendly but very junior SA in the store, I’m not sure seniority of the SA in the store will make our journey smoother and faster?

If it gives you some hope - I was told it could take up to 6 months for the earrings I ordered (with deposit). But just received a call - they're here! Took a grand total of four weeks :smile:

Agree.. My fine jewelry arrived earlier than expected. SA also told me may take up to 6 months but as there was stock within the region, it took only 4 weeks. However for my homeware, it really took 4 months. I placed my order on first week Dec and my homeware arrived on first week March.

From my understanding, deposits (even if paid in full) will not go towards your spend history (for quota bag) until item arrived.

For me, 6k is quite alot to have spent to just give up the relationship. Of course, to each their own but if it is me I would not let the 6k go to waste....I would try to hit the quota asap and then just get the bag offer and then only move on.

Also, I think maybe you can try to be patient for now because from what I understand from the outlets, stock is pretty low across all outlets now, you do have to wait for the things you want as well. Similarly if you go over to other outlets, I'm sure the other outlets would be low in something you want too eventually, and then you might find another outlet has them or what, this comparison game is endless, so you just need to decide on one outlet and just resolutely stick to it, if something you want in that outlet is not in stock, just wait patiently for it and it would come...

or you can ask your SA to order in for you or transfer from other store when you are very sure that you want the item...

I almost got a KTG online on the website and then missed it, but my friend told me to try to get it in store as it can really help my profile. I told her but the SA said until like it's almost impossible to get; she said she and her friends also all the SAs told them impossible to get, then in the end it also still came, she said same for mini lindy, at first they told them impossible too, but it came in 2 - 3 months. Hence, really need to be patient and also balance the relationship with the SA

I think wait time for popular items can get pretty long. I’ve placed a full deposit for a Kelly long wallet in a specific color and hardware I wanted and have been waiting for quite abit too (since end Jan’21). :facepalm:
