No, they are only selling low 7+ for the heritage leathers one on resellers.
Are you checking correctly? If it’s exotic leathers or tricolor (anything special about it) it would be priced more. Exotic leathers are priced a lot higher, they would be double the price
Ahh ok - I guess I wasn't looking hard enough! :P Just looking for a reference point as I'm picking a bag from the boutique tomorrow. Was thinking if I should ask for a KP to go with my bag or if it will kill my budget! But <7k 'feels' acceptable...

KPs are rarer than mini kelly as I am told! I would take the KP and run if I’m offered

Hi
Im trying to cart out a wallet on website, but kept prompted that something is wrong with payment when all details are correct with my cc.
Is it a common problem shopping on the website?
thank you!

I've been shopping around for an SA the last week or so and finally found a really good one so I think I'll be sticking to her, and surprisingly, she's at Taka, the outlet with the most complaints haha. I actually went down and interacted with SAs on different days, at least 2 - 3 per store. Only 2 of them offered me namecard on their own. Those whom didn't offer namecard, I didn't ask too, because I felt no point.
I found that Liat was ok, but they really had the widest range of stock and I also see the most bags being displayed over at their side, the SAs were ok
However the Taka rebate was a very huge draw, despite the bad reviews of Taka I still wanted to give them a chance due to the rebates, I also thought that for the rebates I'm ok with putting up with not-so-good service, I guess
Then on to MBS. It is out of the way and people here also say it's the smallest with the least things. However I have a personal friend who went over to MBS from Taka and she swears by MBS, she shared with me that last year she managed to get KTG there after requesting in just 2 weeks. And according to her, everything except bags are taken into account in the 1:1. She says that over there, SLGs are all taken into account, and the full value of her KTG was taken into account in the calculation -- she has already got a birkin and spent 1:1. So with her information, I was actually going to try out MBS. But from the trips I made to the MBS branch, they are extremely, extremely low in stock now. My friend also agrees that stock now is very very low and very hard to find things to buy there. While I was there the SAs were polite and not rude, however it was just lacking a rapport still, I didn't find that the SA got any willingness to go above and beyond to help me, like I find the interactions were just sort of a formality. I was in the store for some time looking across categories, however she also did not offer me her namecard, and for what I am looking for she just wrote down on a piece of paper, which also kind of looked like a formality to me - probably crushed and thrown away once I left the store.

The 2 that gave namecard, the Liat one, takes days to respond on stock availability. The other 1, which is the one I have decided to officially begin a profile with, officially I did not buy anything from her, but surprisingly she is very responsive on text, and even texts me back on her off days. Today, she managed to secure a aloha black sandals in one of the popular sizes for me and told me via text in the morning and then help me reserve and I go down and get. The aloha black is actually quite sought after because today restock, and there was not even a single pair left other than the one she helped me to reserve. I actually did not even spend any with her so I'm really surprised she did that. I left my name on alot of reserve lists across all stores and none of them ever contacted me back. And everytime I message her she is also very responsive on text even when she's working. Today I went down and I think she's the one already, very comfortable talking with her, so I also got a few things from her and officially start on this slippery slope, I already have so many things on my wishlist I want to get!

I guess every outlet has their own pros and cons...

I would suggest as the quickest turnaround time for you to try checking out on another device.
I used to face that issue then when I try on my mobile phone (when previously I using laptop) it was ok
or try clearing browser cache.
check also that you have not exceeded credit limit, these kinds of things.

The aloha sandal you mentioned you got it recently? When i asked them they told me should be no longer in production

Yes, got it today
and they had it last week also as well. (all boutiques restocked last week thurs - fri period)
For today right, she only set aside the size I wanted in the morning, and it was all gone the minute they restocked today. Cos I asked her about other sizes, and they were all done already
but last week right, walk-in also still had but I think only lasted for one day

that's why I said she not bad as the Aloha is actually quite sought after and she still took note of my wishlist on text and still help me set aside? not bad right?

anyway only today then I found out that even for the footwear they also have restrictions/quota on how many can be bought. one customer cannot buy more than 1 pair of the same colour one.

May I know roughly how much you spend in terms of ratio to get that b 25 offer ?
Was it 1:1 or 1:1.5?
1:1.5? Tbh some SA do give fixed amount some don’t, mine just told me if we are loyal customers, Hermes will also remember that loyalty as well. So we didn’t have a fixed amount lol one day my SA just told me I haven’t told him what colours I wanted for my bag and I knew I hit the quota already ☺️

Not true, slg only counts 5k max in the quota at mbs

Yea new customers 1: 1.5. I was asked to spend Atleast 16k to be safe so they don’t waste time submitting my name to HQ for approval

Wow, I’m so impressed with the work you put in and I’m glad you finally found the SA whom you can work with. Finding the right one is so important. One of my friend was initially shopping at MBS and even got a couple of quota bags there but she never really felt like she clicked well with the SA. She chanced upon a SA one day at Taka and he was very helpful even though he knew she had profile at MBS and the rest is history.
