Yeah think it’s just formality. Even with an SA, it isn’t a given that you can get it. Depends on your relationship

I suggest that you walk in regularly, get yourself a SA, then keep asking. Etoupe is one of the classic color, so most likely may have a 26 in that color, however, its really really subjected to availability. Who knows that day would be your lucky day! :smile:

I wonder if the customization watch event is extended to non VIP customers lol. One can only hope! I have been following the other thread on SO watches and really want a Rose Gold Cape Cod Watch. :love:

I remembered reading on other threads that Hermes shopping is about what's available for you, so we thinking it's OOS, sometimes, its just not offered to us lol. The resellers are on a roll recently, I've seen various colors for Mini Kelly, Kelly, Constance (even one gold exotic one just yst).

my friend and I were informed of the event last year but I didn’t go for it as I just bought a watch. Hoping the event comes back this year
