Ah I see. How long have been waiting for yours? wondering how long a wish list item like that usually arrives, and what is the process? Do you pay a deposit for it or full payment or only when/if the item arrives?

Hmmm, it depends if there is another customer also on the list before you. Some of the items were quite fast in a week or 2. Others I’m still waiting. Only for fine jewelleries you have to place deposit, the rest not necessary.

Yes, 50% deposit. Yes it is my first quota bag locally.

Transfers from other store is subject to approval from the other store as well. It will be hard to arrange transfer esp for very popular items. I was rejected a transfer for a cardigan so i will think the Avalon blanket will be even harder to arrange for transfer. If it is urgent for you to get it, you can look online since it is available on the website quite often but if you can wait then your SA can help you put in a wishlist. Your Sa will advise you if she can arrange for a transfer or if she put in a wishlist for you

My wishlist is a popular specifications B25 that I requested from my SA . Anyone can share your experience of how long you need to wait for a bag?

I just got an offer for B25 gold Togo but PHW, my top wish list bag was GHW. Rejected it but took me 30 days to get my first offer

I just went to Sole-Mann at Raflles and brought my new H Sandals to get protective soles , it was suggested by other users last month when i also asked the same question, they do it nicely and fast, you can drop them a message on facebook too, very responsive, and i think for the price it is reasonable. It is at One Raffles Place 05-03 Singapore 048616, they close at 630pm on weekdays. Hope this helps!

is KTG really that hard to get? I know there must be some profile in order to get it, but somehow I have been so many KTG on resellers these few days, its making me so sad!

Might not all be bought locally? In any case don’t be sad cause its just part of the H journey. It’s quite common to see bags I’m waiting for on reseller pages as well

KTG is on queue, needs store manager approval and allocation. actually for KTG the grey market prices are not that much higher, if find it frustrating to wait can also get from resellers, you can have selection of whatever colour you want and don't have to go through the frustrating wait and chase....
