also got a oran sandal in my size in the colour which I wanted, scarf and pieces of Decor H tableware, I just hope they arrive sooner than the estimated 6 months wait.

The first time i brought b/k up to my SA, she just told me to slowly shop for items i really want while building up the profile for it. I think it’s best to let ur SA know your intentions because I have friends who love Hermes but not the bags.

the first time i went hermes, i met my SA. She didnt pass me namecard or anything but I remembered her name. So I called HQ to look for her just to book an appt with her. I felt that she appreciated it and I probably gave off a feeling that I’m a serious customer with Hermes. Our relationship got better from then on! :smile:

Okay thank you so much for the advice! The process can be so nerve wrecking for a newcomer! Right now I just want to get the items I’m looking for and hopefully in future work more seriously towards a k of my own heh :)

Hi All, just wondering how do you bring up the topic of whether you have spent enough for a quota bag if your SA don’t bring it up. I think I’m pretty close and am about to make another purchase of a fine jewelry which should be about the amount I think should hit the quit but thinking if she doesn’t bring it up when I’m at the appointment what do I say?

My go to line is typically "Oh and I'm looking for ____; can help me keep a lookout?". Then read your SA's reaction from there. :lol:

Sorry for the delay, finally got around to uploading the picture of the new bag, also to @luxeloversg who asked for it...

Here it is! The SA didn't give red packets but she did slip in a perfume sample which I didn't know about until I unwrapped it!
And regarding the red packets, I did call back HQ to ask about them actually (hehe) they actually got the SA from Liat to follow up with a call to my mobile and she had personally told me they had already run out of red packets.

Btw, I am also wondering and interested in the Kelly to Go. Does anyone know how to get it? Like is it a quota item (but it is not a bag and is a wallet) and is it possible to get it by walk-in or online or how do I get it from Hermes? Anyone knows about this?

Lovely Bag! Kelly To Go hardly appears on H Singapore Website. But i always see it appears in USA and Europe website, never on Asia and Australia. It might not be a Quota item, but given the trend of Small Purses now, it will be hard to get one, especially if you have a preference for color and hardware. But, there is no harm trying to ask with your SA, but for now enjoy your new lovely bag! :)

Congrats on your new bag!
Kelly to go is not a quota bag and is considered a SLG. But it’s available in limited quantities and quite popular and hence usually offered to VIPs at this moment. Having said that I think there is no harm in expressing your interest to your SA so she can take note of it and alert you if one does come along.

Gris Asphalte I think is seasonal? I got mine last year in Novillo leather.
