Wow thats nice! May i know which store is the SA from? And which time of the day did you go to store? I am thinking if the different times of the day affects the level of service provided as they may not be as busy

I think Liat is generally less busy on weekends 11am to 1pm time frame, very busy on Fridays and weekdays off work hours... Also, I think if you can make an appointment, your SA will fully focus on you for that hour.. These are basing on my personal experiences and others can chime in as well....

Separately may I ask, would it be advisable to email the boutique? The previous SAs I encountered were not very kind and the only one that passed me her namecard did not have her contact number indicated on it so I'm not sure if she only gave it because I asked how to address her. Hence I'm wondering if I should email the boutique or I could also contact my mom's SA but my purchase history is not tagged to her so not too sure if she would be keen to help.

I’ve not tried emailing before... maybe you can try to walk in on less busier times which I’ve just mentioned on the other response to try.

Hello, I've just started my journey with H in recent months and was wondering how "easy" it is to purchase a lindy 26/30? Hoping to get one for my mom as a mother's day gift and not too keen to go the reseller route. Would it be possible to just ask the SA if there is any available when I visit the boutique? Appreciate any advice at all! Thank you

Are you looking for specific colors? Lindy 30 is not a quota bag and most ppl arent looking for bigger bags recently so relatively easy to get. I’ve been to Taka a few times and saw black lindy 30 displayed available for customers to purchase

if your mum has a strong purchase history, I’d say it’ll be good to visit the SA with ur mum for the first trip, to build a history of your own with that SA.

I felt that she appreciated it and I probably gave off a feeling that I’m a serious customer with Hermes. Our relationship got better from then on!

Can I share mine? I got my L26 black with GHW through walk in. What happened was I saw one L26 on display and it was in rose azalee with PHW. So I asked the SA what other colours they had, and then she just brought out the black with ghw! I just had to grab it!

Yup, My sis also called HQ to link her up with a SA.

Hi, right from the start I have told SA what I wanted when I spent all on all those fashion apparels. I suggest you to be upfront to your SA and see if SA can guide you of what are the important items to buy so that you can achieve what you want.

I waited 2 plus months for my bag as well. Think it’s not abnormal as there are always a backlog of clients waiting for bags

yes you’re right! I was just there yesterday for my appointment and boy.It was packed! I was served by another SA while my original SA was still occupied with her prior appointment.

soon learned that Friday’s and Saturday’s are generally the busiest days for them.

Nonetheless, I had such a great time and managed to purchased what I stepped in for! Got a lindy in Rose Jaipur, which was really unexpected because I was dead set on a Etain, but the colour (shown on another bag style) was just too dull for my liking). The SA opened a sealed box, bought out the Rose Jaipur, and my heart skipped so many Beats. stuck in a dilemma but ultimately chose what my heart wants. ❤

also got a oran sandal in my size in the colour which I wanted, scarf and pieces of Decor H tableware, I just hope they arrive sooner than the estimated 6 months wait.
