Wow thats nice! May i know which store is the SA from? And which time of the day did you go to store? I am thinking if the different times of the day affects the level of service provided as they may not be as busy

this was at Liat's tower, i was there at around 3pm plus? I didn't make an appointment, but thankfully the SA happens to be available to assist me. Not sure if it was particularly considered busy at that moment, but there was a handful of people shopping.

i was alone! manage to get the Oran in demin, there werent much selection for me either. haha my SA told me im qualified for a bag and shes going to submit my name to HQ!

Hello, I've just started my journey with H in recent months and was wondering how "easy" it is to purchase a lindy 26/30? Hoping to get one for my mom as a mother's day gift and not too keen to go the reseller route. Would it be possible to just ask the SA if there is any available when I visit the boutique? Appreciate any advice at all! Thank you :)

I was at Liat earlier this week, my SA told me there’s a L30 blue orage in GHW and asked if I wanted to view it. But I didn’t as I already have a L30.

I’ve also tried a Bolide 27... I think stores might be receiving some healthy stocks of bags this week. So maybe you can head down to ask.

Ohh thank you, I might try to drop by and check!

Separately may I ask, would it be advisable to email the boutique? The previous SAs I encountered were not very kind and the only one that passed me her namecard did not have her contact number indicated on it so I'm not sure if she only gave it because I asked how to address her. Hence I'm wondering if I should email the boutique or I could also contact my mom's SA but my purchase history is not tagged to her so not too sure if she would be keen to help.
