What i heard is that Hermes Singapore is quite linient for Selling Birkin/Kelly to first time buyers, and they have lowered down the minimum spending history (In-Store & Online) for Singapore and also overseas purchases on Hermes Botiques are counted as well (If they are in your record/name).

Thanks for sharing and congrats on your new Evelyn!

For spend history towards quota bags, I don't think overseas purchases are counted. Likewise for spends made in a different store within SG (ie. your spend in MBS cannot combined with Liat) or spend made online.

Just two weeks ago, I was asking this to my SA as well. She told me the spend can be on all categories EXCEPT bags. SLG are counted but of course (hopefully) your full spend should not solely be on SLGs. That's my understanding and of course others might have different info/views. ;)

Hi all! Excited to finally begin my journey with Hermes. I first purchased a pair of earrings last year as a gift to myself. Shopped at Liat Towers and popped by the store to enquire on men's sneakers for my hub. Unfortunately they don't have sizes left for him or myself (for oran sandals. The good thing was, I got myself acquainted with a SA (finally).

Will be working towards building a good shopping relationship with my SA (hopefully!).

For scarfs, has any one tried hanging theirs with the scarf hanging system by Hermes? I'm not a scarf wearer, but I do love some of the designs they have, and it would look really lovely on the wall (as I've seen some from the net).

Congrats on your mini evelyne! So cute :)

Hi All! I just got my new Hermes Evelyne 16 Etoupe/Bleu Indigo Palladium Hardware in-store! My SA has offered me a Black/Black with Gold Hardware but up opt in for the Etoupe! i ordered my Evelyne 16 in-store with my SA on Saturday and the Bag came on Tuesday! Woohoo! Congrats!!! Such a beauty! and thanks for sharing on what your Sa has said. That is wonderful news for first timers like myself. I have an upcoming appointment with my new SA to place an order on tableware, textiles and hopefully ask about a Lindy 26, since it is not a quota bag? It's a long over due push present from my hub. Hope to get it this year! :D

I framed mine instead of using scarf hanging system as I was worried it may turn yellow in our climate. I’ve posted a photo in another thread and I think you can check out others on that thread too. Hope this helps. :)

Finally got my scarf framed and hung up in time for Xmas.

We love the blue, white and red colors on it as these are colors on flag. ❤️

Hi! It's beautiful! Would you mind sharing where you got yours framed? And would you be able to interchange the scarf ourselves? Thanks(:

Im excited for your upcoming appointment! :) Yes, Lindy is not a quota bag, however size, color and hardware combination might be challenging i should say, If i remember I saw a Lindy bag being offered to a Customer last weekend and she turned down the bag. It I can remember the color correctly it is a Gold on GHW. Goodluck on your appointment and hope you can score your Lindy on same day!

Thanks thanks! I did mine with Merlin Frame Maker. (Disclaimer: I'm not affiliated to them)
They have a few branches in SG (we went to the one at River Valley as it's closer to us).
Should be pretty professional as we saw quite a number of other Hermes silk scarfs being framed
up and waiting for customers collections.

You'll not be able to remove the scarf though as they'll need to fix the scarf onto the frame backing.
And one thing to warn though..., the framing cost may come close to the price of the scarf itself.
But we still went for it as we view it as an art piece for our home and it'll be something we'll be keeping for
years. So it's worth investing in good framing. ;)

Hope this helps!

Thank you Luxeloversg! Wow, gold on GHW is a dream! I used to own most bags (not hermes) in brown tones.

I'm hoping to build up a family of greys/ neutral, so hope there's color like Sauge available. But I've read the post on ******** on the Hermes new color for 2021, and it seemed like Blue Brume will be back in season. (If anyone knows what colour is in season, do share!) so i might see if a lindy is in that colour.

Fingers crossed that I get a headstart on getting my first H bag.

Thank you for sharing, Dr. JL! I've checked the attachment you've attached, its really pretty! That's also another option to explore. I've done some framing works before for my house (mainly posters and pictures) and they sure ain't cheap! My hubby was thinking to go with the framing option because he is concerned about the climate + dustiness, but I was in the opinion of being able to wash it every now and then. We'll see what best suits our house decor in two months time! :D
