Hello! I just registered to purseforum but have been stalking for years! I’ve just started buying from Hermes Taka for 2-3 years and only got to know my SA in 2019. Before her, I didn’t have -any SA cos I was new to the Hermes game. But I realised that she is always too busy for me, even when I have texted her to make an appointment with her. She would asked her friend to tend to me instead. Honestly I have gotten some of the popular bags from walk-in (eg a black ghw Lindy26) without the help of the SA. When I got my fine jewellery, I was also served by her friend despite telling her in advance that I’ll be visiting the store at a specific time. I’ve accumulated almost enough to request for a bag so I’m starting to think if I should change a SA who might be more attentive to me? Any advice if I should stick to my current SA or recommendation for a more attentive SA? TYIA!

why dont you work w her friend? given that she has been helping you all this while. i got the feeling that your current SAs has enough customers so she might not be keen to 'onboard' a new client

Woah red packets also need to be assigned one? So the SA outright said no? Would still think they would entertain since we made a purchase!

I was thinking of getting the teapot. If there's a matching tray , I'll get it too. Teacups wise, due to COVID, my wedding coordinator told me that the hotel will provide me with nice paper cups - Not advisable to use tea cups. But I must say I really do like the gold mosaique patterned cups - its the first item that caught my eye in the home ware section so I'll prob get those too but not for wedding- for own personal use.
As for the jewellery, MIL told me to choose jewellery that I like- Doesn't have to be traditional xi dian jin.
I'm quite interested to get one ring fm Hermes or maybe a necklace if there are any nice ones . Plus maybe a white and gold Clic Clac . I was initially considering the Cartier trinity or love series jewellery but now I'm torn because I saw that the hermes gold rings look really nice as well ( but I'm not too familiar w bracelets/ necklace except for the rose gold CDC which is totally out of my budget)

Congrats on your upcoming wedding! I love Hermes homeware and lately was also into their jewelry (and RTW and SLGs and... there're just so many things to love at Hermes! ).

For homeware, I'll advice you to order in advance especially the Mosaique 24 series as they are really popular. I've preordered mine since early Dec, some pieces came in one month later and there are pieces that I'm still waiting (it's been two months!).

For jewelry, you may want to head down to try the sizes first and ask about stock level as the popular designs have very limited stocks as well. My spouse is getting me a new fine jewelry ring to mark our 10th anniversary and my SA told me the wait can be from about 2 months (if no stock in SG and they can transfer stock from another country) and can be up to 6 months (if Paris needs to make new ones for me).

Hi H friends in SG! Hope you are all well! I've been customer of H SG for more than 10 years and usually they always send me H magazine "Le Monde" every season. However, since I moved I didn't receive it anymore although I already updated my data there.. Last time I went to the boutiques they do not have them anymore (I understand normally it is sent directly to their regular clients or given during events).

Calling for kind souls who have these 2 last issues but do not want or need them.. I would be very grateful if you could bless them to me.. I will arrange a courier to pick up from your place or reimburse the postage fee (whichever you prefer). Please PM me directly if you will.

Hi All! I just got my new Hermes Evelyne 16 Etoupe/Bleu Indigo Palladium Hardware in-store! My SA has offered me a Black/Black with Gold Hardware but up opt in for the Etoupe! i ordered my Evelyne 16 in-store with my SA on Saturday and the Bag came on Tuesday! They didnt have the Red Packets lol. My LV SA also shared to me that Red Packets are assigned by the HQ to clients.
