Is it true that SAs only know what are the specs of the quota bag they are reserving for their customer not long before the stock arrive in boutique? Just wondering how do they allocate which colour/specs goes to which customer.

There’s a thread for Hermes prices here on the forum that gets updated each year. Includes global pricing (USD, SGD, EUR etc.). If the bag price isn’t listed for 2023 you can check the 2022 and 2021 thread and so on to get a good idea of the current price.

FWIW the retail price for KP is technically lower than a mini kelly but it may be more difficult to get from store.

From what I know, it is true. As for how they allocate to the customers, aside from the usual reasons such as pre-spend and profile, I heard that it also depends on how much your SA likes you.
 
In Singapore, if your profile is not active (like need to keep spending), your waitlist for non-qb might not come true.
Even if u keep spending, the waitlist for anything including non qb also may not come true. I was asking my new SA what happened to the non qb I was waiting for with the ex SA. Was told that all unfulfilled bags were cancelled. Wasn’t even informed at the point of cancellation. If I had not enquired, I wouldn’t even know.

There were some waitlist items also disappeared without any reason.

Sounds like at this point, only qb are possible to get with sufficient prespend…
 
Hi all, have any one experienced that your SA left when you are still waiting for a QB? How does it work, do I have to find a new SA on my own?

My SA just informed me about the departure and felt quite lost about this.

I am pretty new to H and have not experienced this, but my SA told me before about having several hundred clients transferred over from a colleague when the colleague was leaving H. I suggest you ask your SA before they leave whether another SA will be taking over your account and if you can pop in to say goodbye and be introduced to your new SA, and then ask about your QB in person. I would probably buy something small to start building the relationship with the new SA too. Hope this helps!
