My first Hermes shopping was at boutique A but the SA wasnt too responsive though i have made two small purchase.
After 6 months and since it was my birthday, i walked into boutique B and got lucky in scoring a Picotin and manage to strike off a few wishlist item since it was available. I felt the SA was really sweet and she even gave me her number. Few days later i drop the SA at boutique B a message thanking her and also update her with my wishlist items. She said she will keep a lookout. I did text her my query on my sandals and also an item which I am keen to purchase and add into my wishlist. HOwever, it has been a month and I have not receive any response. Does it mean i have to move on again? :panic::panic: or should i probe the SA in boutique A?

Are you aiming to clock pre spend for a quota bag? If yes, have u had this conversation with your SA in A or B boutiques?

Nowadays at such low stock situation, if I am an SA, I will prioritise to sell/offer things to customers who are clocking for a quota bag. Mainly because such a customer is guaranteed to come back. If a customer is not going for a quota bag, then I won’t prioritise, just let the customer walk in and see what is in stock.

If you are open to browsing and buying items you discover in store, can also try asking for an appointment to drop by and shop. If still no response then probably a sign to move on

I just texted her to add a bracelet to the list yesterday. *finger cross* i guess im used to the responsiveness of the other brand and thought they will get back to me when it's my turn. :doh: the items on my list are typically cardholder, notebook cover, bracelet and a kelly belt. thanks for your advice. probably i will wait for a few more days and drop another message to indicate i will like to pop by the store. i was also wondering if it's rude to enter if i happen to see her standing by the door when i passby. :biggrin: just a thought of various possibilities to get hold of my SA.

yes. i did have this conversation with SA B that i will like to have a B30 and she told me that there is a long waiting list. i indicate that i wasnt in a rush to do impulse buy and will prefer to buy and wait for things i love. Just thought it's weird that I was given her number, i texted her and she responded that she will keep an eye of the items i like. I texted her again and went radio silence. Probably im not too used to such response :confused1: it's giving me a little anxiety.

I recently received my bracelet which is my first ever item I wanted to buy at H. It took 2 years to arrive.

In between I have spent a lot of money and gotten a number of quota and non quota bags.

I am quite specific about the colourway and hardware for all my requests. A wallet can take 5 months, a piece of costume jewellery can take 4 months. Kelly belt around 1 to 2 months. A lindy can took 8 months. A piece of homeware took 1 year. A FJ rose gold ring took 1 yr plus. A silver pendent took few months maybe 6. Last year QB took 10 months. A piece of rtw never came.

All these from 2021 to date. Just to give u an idea.

Hi ladies, I am working towards k28 epsom sellier. In your general experience, is the pre spending lower for bigger bags like k28? (I know smaller ones like k25 and mini kelly are very popular now)

Can anyone advise me on the rough price of k28 epsom sellier as well? Thank you so so much

wow seems like a long journey for you. did you normally text your SA on what you want and if she will respond? Mine have yet to respond to me since yday :doh: and yday was my first message after waiting one month for her response. i doubt she will reply me if i mentioned about an appointment.

I'm not sure if i should continue the journey given my luck with the SAs, both seems to ghost me. :sad::sad: I didnt have any issue with other lux and this H journey felt daunting to me

I think it really depends on the SA. In 2021 when i sent a bag in for repair, the SA who helped me when i collected my bag was so helpful, he asked what my dream bag was and when i told him it was a croc constance he said i can get it really fast if i buy FJ. Which i did and it was indeed fast! unfortunately he left and i didn't buy for a while, recently i walked in and bought 2 pairs of shoes but the SA who helped me, even though was so helpful and nice, did not even give me her contact details! So i guess i will have to try to find a new SA as well.

I feel it depends on what’s your take with the vibe with SA B. They are really busy. Sometimes they may have missed your message or simply the stock is not here yet or that they only had the chance to glance at the message but no chance to reply yet. Sometimes my SA may not reply me at all but my SA always keep a lookout for the items I texted. If your vibe with the SA is good then I feel stick with the SA unless your SA ghosted you for your multiple attempts even when you try to fix an appt.

My friend’s SA told her she could only get a k28 but 2 months later (with more spending), she said she could help her get a k25.

U can check out the thread on maintaining a relationship with H SA on texting.

The long and short of it, they respond to text for appointment. They don’t reply if no stock or they missed out. It is highly preferred u go into the store to see what is there and buy but u may not get what u really want if no stock in store.

At the store which I shop at, the pre spend for 25 and 28 was the same. That was last year's situation, don't know if this year they revised it. I was told 28 might in fact be harder than to get than 25, because more customers request for 25 and thus they order more of 25. Wonder if this is true for the other stores too.

Thanks. I had a feeling I missed the BDG because it is on sale on the website, but my SA said she did not see it in store. I think they might have sold out by the time she came back from her maternity leave in late-Jan. I'll wait and see if other colourways/ designs start to trickle in.

I went to a reseller to try out the bags and have made my mind on b25 togo gold with ghw! The sales there told me this is an extremely colour to get from Hermes(almost impossible?). I just started my profile there but can the ladies here pls share with me how difficult will it be for someone to get a specific combo like gold with gold?

When I checked with one of the Hermes SA he only said the wait time will be longer about 1 year if I have a specific request, but didn't say anything about not possible. I feel confused now
