Go ahead and step into an H boutique. Don't be intimidated. Hope you find an SA that is good and is nice to work with.

I got a K25 for qb1 and I requested for B25 for qb2. It has been about 6-7 months wait. I did continue to shop while waiting as I do not want my SA to forget about me lol. Maybe u can try ask your SA if it's ok to request for another b25 but your SA might question? I did try to ask for another Mini E earlier (in another colour) but she did comment that I already had one...non qb though.

thanks for sharing! Just curious if there are any guideline that if you has requested a qb1 for either a B or K; any reminder pre-spend allowance may only be use for other bags and if request for another B or K means have to start from zero again?

Np! As what I have read here, the best is to check with your SA as it might be different across SAs. My SA does allow me to roll over but I read that some do not allow.

Hi everyone! I really enjoyed reading your experiences. I am looking to get my first b25 and have questions regarding the pre spending. I went to 2 stores and met 2 different SAs, both of them refused to give a specific spending ratio. They told me there's no prespending and I should buy what I like. When it's time they will offer to submit a request for qb.

Is that how it works? But I've read many shared here that the ratio is 1:1. Should I be looking for a SA who can tell me specifically the the spending ratio or? Thank you so much for sharing ❤

And almost no SA will tell you there is a prespending required or how much it is.

Simplest advise, buy what you like, buy from different categories if you can, when you think you’ve spent equivalent to B25’s price more or less, try asking or hinting to your SA about QB, he/she will tell you directly or impliedly if you’ve spent enough or not to qualify for one.

Different SA/store, different rules. 1:1 depends on your SA relationship, SM approval and whether you have the discipline to not buy anything while waiting for your QB to arrive. That’s my personal experience at least.

Yes, everything being shared here is from personal experiences. No hermes journey is the same even with the same person or same SA. The experiences being shared are more of a guide for us to manage our expectations and should not be compared with one another or we will just be disappointed. Its like we have a relationship with the same guy, but the courtship, journey and outcome will never be the same.

Echo-ing other member's sentiments, it's important to find a SA whom you can vibe with. He/she will be the one advocating for you. Btw, "pre-spend requirements" change every year with inflation, price increases, market demands. There's no definite ratio in the maison.

I have been a silent follower on this forum for a while and recently decide to embark on my journey with H last year.

Hoping to get my first B or K eventually. Someone mentioned a few posts earlier that that the current price of a K25 is around $17000. Is a K28 / B25 / B30 also around that price range now?

Currently my pre-spend is close to 30k. However my SA has not mention anything so far about me hitting the pre-spend for a B or K.

Should I start checking with my SA in my next visit if I’m closing to hitting the pre-spend? Or should I continue on with my purchases and wait for my SA to bring it up?

Seems like it is no longer 1:1 anymore (at least for me).

Anyone in a similar situation as me?

Yes, no harm asking assuming your pre-spend is concentrated in one store and mostly with one SA. Did you ever mention to him/her about your preferences?
