Would that also mean getting the QB faster? Or it is only for colour/type/size?
Yes to both questions! Then again, you can get the bag faster if you request for a QB in an "unpopular" colour. I know someone who gotten a k28 in vert cypress with ghw in less than 3 months after the request was put in. The SA explained that it was because the bag was in a colour that no one wants.

I am pretty new to H and have not experienced this, but my SA told me before about having several hundred clients transferred over from a colleague when the colleague was leaving H. I suggest you ask your SA before they leave whether another SA will be taking over your account and if you can pop in to say goodbye and be introduced to your new SA, and then ask about your QB in person. I would probably buy something small to start building the relationship with the new SA too. Hope this helps!
Hi! Thanks for sharing. I guess have to reach out again before the last day. The feeling is quite worrying :/

I don’t think u need to worry. I had a change of SA as well and it was quite smooth. Basically my ex SA told me to give some time as she has a lot of customers to handover and those that she handed over will need sometime to get in touch with all the handed over customers.

I waited around few weeks but nobody contacted me. So, I did live chat on the website and asked for staff from the store to drop me a text. I got my quota bag from my new SA within weeks of being handed over (had been waiting for around 8 months or so).

Spending more aka relationship building with the new SA was unfortunately unavoidable.

How come when I ask they say they there's no such things as pre spending and they can't give a specific amount?! Or are we only supposed to ask our own SA this and not any random ones we meet when we walk in?
When I first started my H journey, my SA also said no such thing as pre-spend, just buy what I like and when the time is right, she will let me know.

In Singapore, if your profile is not active (like need to keep spending), your waitlist for non-qb might not come true.
The problem nowadays is that there are alot new clients and alot of items get sold very quickly.. Nothing to buy also difficult to clock spending... Any other sg clients (more than 5 years) feel the same way? Also has any of the "older" clients managed to score 2 QBs in a year? Was suggested that those days are gone...

Hi! Thanks for sharing this. Gave me a lot more assurance. I’m waiting for my QB as well there. Hopefully I can get along with the new SA.
