The problem nowadays is that there are alot new clients and alot of items get sold very quickly.. Nothing to buy also difficult to clock spending... Any other sg clients (more than 5 years) feel the same way? Also has any of the "older" clients managed to score 2 QBs in a year? Was suggested that those days are gone...
From what I heard, only one QB per year now :(

I have a friend who is a client >5yrs. She finds it very hard to clock now as she only wants croc so prespend is high and she says nothing to buy.

Did you ask for it or SA just offered? I would like to get one too.

My SA never offers me non QB. Always me asking for it.
I asked and she brought it out but I believe it could be just coincidence really. Also alot depends on how much of a spender, length of relationship and whether SA prioritize as well as other unknown factors..

Anyway I learnt that no harm asking.. What's the worse that can happen..

How come when I ask they say they there's no such things as pre spending and they can't give a specific amount?! Or are we only supposed to ask our own SA this and not any random ones we meet when we walk in?
My take is that pre-spend gives the impression that so long as you spend it automatically gives you the "right" to ask for a QB.
The truth is that, in order to be included into a QB list, it's not just about how much you've spent with the store/SA but also other factors like relationship, impressions, etc. So pre-spend isn't the sole nor determining factor.

I see.. because in hk and mainland China, usually they will just tell me the pre spending straight after I ask for the bag I want.. and they will request the qb first so I can even just buy the 配货 on the spot when they inform me to collect the bag. The bag arrives pretty fast too, definitely not as long as 6 months haha

Thanks for the data point. I'm at more than ten years and the same.. I'm wondering if it helps having two separate accounts though the bigger problem is stock availabilty...

It doesn’t work this way in Singapore unless you spend a lot, say 6 figures, they may offer u a bag immediately. And they will not tell u up front the amount. This is more in line with the practices of H in western countries. That said, I’m not sure what is worth to buy to clock big at once, maybe cash and carry a piece of furniture at Liat. Locals here are waiting for many months and years for their orders to clock the spending. Even if SA want to immediate offer a bag, usually it’s bags in colors that nobody wants.

And I believe it doesn’t work this way in hk and certain parts of China already becoz there is very strong demand. Unless you are already very familiar with SA there. That said, it should still work in Macau.
