Hi all, I am really interested in getting a mini jypsiere bag but my sa just says it’s not available to request. I requested a Lindy 26 last year that arrived but I decide to turn it down because it was just too large for my frame. Anyway, when I texted her about the mini jypsiere she just said cannot request and to just buy things I like. Is it very difficult to get a mini jypsiere even though it’s not a quota bag? For reference, I still have some more pre spend needed for qb.
Some new bags may not be available for queuing/wishlist because it is not coming within the next 2 yrs. In Singapore, it is actually easier to get quota bags than some non-quota bags. Not sure if mini jypsiere is considered a runway bag because runway bags usually take a few years to appear in Singapore stores.

Rejecting a bag that you requested might subject you to a cooling period because it is going to be harder for your SA to convince the store manager to let you have this other bag after you have rejected the previous bag. Heard that all the bags need store manager’s approval before it gets released to the customer. I have personally experienced it before at another store where I usually do not shop at, hence never receive the call even though the bag has arrived. This is only specific to Singapore from what I know so far.

Hi all, I've recently embarked on my H journey and am very fortunate and grateful to get my 1st bag (After being placed on waitlist) along with other accessories. Thanks to my SA.

After getting the 1st bag, my SA did not allow me to immediately place another bag waitlist request and asked me to wait for several months before putting in the next request.

Would like to seek some guidance and advice, is this something anyone has encountered before or SOP ?
Thank you very much.

Based on what I have been told, this is SOP at the boutique where I shop. Demand for bags is too high and stocks are limited, so they need to spread out the allocation of bags

Congrats on your score! I m assessing again at this juncture if I should embark on this journey looking at situation right.

Can you share what quota bag did you get? Was it at the specifications of wat at u asked for? How long was your wait ? Lastly wat was your pre spend? Many questions but thanks so much in advance

Hi, need some advise. I just started on my H journey. Walked into MBS previously and had a really nice SA to attend to me. I didn't get her direct number then, cus I was still fairly new.
Recently, I had requested a callback from her (14th Feb) with regards to my waiting list for an accessory. But there wasn't any callback, so I decided to walk into the outlet on 18th Feb, but unfortunately she was off work already. But her colleague took down my details and told me she would inform my SA to give me a callback.
But it has since been a week, but there are no calls from her. Should I call again or just walk in? I'm more afraid of "pissing" the SA off.

Have you purchased from her already? You could consider changing SA because if you’re having difficulty contacting her as early as now, you might still have difficulty in the long run and you will just get frustrated.

Yup, have purchased before. So how do I actually go about changing a SA? Just walk in again and see who attends to me?
And you're right... think I would be more frustrated in the long run too.

I am new to shopping in Singapore, but is it possible that your accessory hasn’t come in yet? In NY where I am a regular, SAs don’t always respond when they have no news as to an ETA. I would probably just walk back in

But because there are other items that I'm hoping to purchase as well. I'm seeing stocks online which I hope she could transfer in, so I can build the spending quota under her. But there's no callback.. Highly likely I would be doing a walk in to try again. Hopefully she's around. Else I might just change a SA. :)

Some members have shared previously that SAs dont usually transfer stocks from online since it is a different inventory unless in special circumstances. You could try again and look for her and maybe assess from there.

Hi! My SA has recently shared that they don’t share the inventory online and across the other stores. Because I also tried asking her if it is ever possible to transfer the items over. Unless you are a really VVIP, then I guess they will try to make it work?

Every store or online store are managing their own inventory. It used to be that my SA will request for transfer from online store or other store for me. But it is subjected to the other store’s letting go of their stock. Most of my requests were rejected rather than approved. By and by my SA doesn’t do this for me anymore as every store is competitive on their performance, so unless the item really can’t sell (counting by months to a year), otherwise they have no incentive to allow the transfer.
