Further to @tabloid’s response, I’d like to add that it’s virtually impossible for walk-in customers to buy a rodeo or rodeo pegasus.

@tabloid you’ll have to ask your SA for one! Based on your 3QB profile, I have no reason to believe that you won’t be allocated one. As for me, my SA usually allocates a matching rodeo to me when I collect my QB. A But after collecting 5-6, I think I’m over them. For die-hard rodeo collectors, I’m really sorry. I still love to accessorise my bags with rodeos but I don’t have that urge to get one rodeo per QB anymore.
Saw a rodeo touch at T3 available for walk in. This was on Mon. I have also on rare occasions seen rodeos on display in stores but I’m not sure if walk ins can purcgase them.

@janganna - I am not a Rodeo/Pegasus lover and gave up after asking a few times.

I think it is not so easily available for walk-ins. I have been a customer since 2020, after 3 QBs and yet never been offered one.

On the other hand, you have a better chance going to a reseller with a wide-variety of combo at a lower price. Just saying........
I was offered a Pegasus w/o getting a QB last December. I simply ask randomly... I assume it's only offered when a bag is going to be purchased; but my SA told me they've extra and are able to offer. So it's my very first Pegasus w/o having to get a bag.

That being said, I finally got my mini Evelyne last week! My SA said the colour I requested is gonna take longer than expected, so I was offered a different colour which I'm more than happy to get it.

Are you planning to walk into a H store in Singapore to check it out too? But I don't blame you, the stock here is very low.
Considering what I’ve read here so far it’s next to impossible to get any bags directly from hermes but yes of course the two stores are on my tourism to go list ;) but would be nice to see if any vintage items are available too

Are there any trusted reseller stores in singapore?
I like Trove at Far East Shopping Center basement. It’s right opposite Liat Towers. Not a posh place but the owner Dawn is friendly and unassuming. I don’t like dealing with snobs resellers as I’m paying good money. And importantly the prices of the bags and accessories at Trove are way more reasonable compared to other resellers in SG.

Just to share some personal thoughts about the H ‘journey’.

I believe Sas all know most of us love the BKC bags and are after 1 (or all hehe), so it’s ok to be upfront in the beginning and not have any guesswork. After we get comfortable with each other I’ll ask about spend threshold - it’s important not to be calculative or compare too much on this and let your Sa have some flexibility, its good to spend a bit more especially if you’re going for more popular specs.

During the waiting process it’s important to keep your profile active. Whether your Sa counts towards the next bag or not, better to ask. If yes good, if not, just cut down on spending (they will understand). I find that if one doesn’t have a love for other H products, it is very difficult and frustrating to sustain during the wait. Also deep wallets.

To me, I’ve bought and also sold via resellers and generally had good experience so if I really cannot wait, I’ll buy from resellers. Of cos the store experience is definitely nicer.

I also find that it’s more fun to have a close friend, family member or husband present during the shopping process.

Cheers and happy weekend!
