Can buy, but at least in my case timing of QB will be delayed lah. Some members have shared that such cooling off period doesn’t apply to them, so may also depend on profile/boutique/SA. I’m a new-ish customer, not a big spender and have a Senior SA who seems to have a lot of clients so perhaps I am subject to more rules, but I don’t mind since I like shopping with my SA and don’t need or want a lot of new bags in a short time.
Another option is to buy online if you manage to catch the bag drops.

Hubby & I went to previous season mens rtw. And will be gg this season too. Wondering if anyone could share insights on the “expected” spend? Or if u know what others typically spend? Of cos there’s no such “rule” but we all know how it works lolll :graucho:

Was told by my SA that they might not have all the new colours in stock at the moment, as the store and online inventories are different. Stock in-store also seems low now, so if you're really interested in the new colours, might be easier to get online for now?

Hi is it true that you are only limited to buy 1 bag per a period of time? The channel I am subscribed to said that Singapore has no quota yet. I managed to successfully get 3 bags on diff days but 2 of the orders were then cancelled. And they were all bags I prefer over the one I successfully got! Still thinking if I should just request for an exchange.

Has anyone managed to successfully exchange a bag into a preferred colour? Thank you!

Hello! Perhaps you can call or chat with the customer service to check why it got cancel? I remember I was told I need to let my account “rest” 3 months before I am allow to cart out out something. Not even small item like twilly. Not sure why. But their system is very sensitive I am not even allow to click proceed to payment. There will be an error message. If you don’t really like the bag, can consider returning it. :)

Don’t think there’s a guideline. Most ladies during my session came out with two medium H size bags. Not sure when the men’s sessions are. Have fun babe!

Hello Gurus of H! I just started my H journey in SG last year and would like to check, how long does it take usually take to get a QB? I'm asking for a k25. and my SA is always ghosting me :(. I will request for something, it will take the SA 1 or 2 days to get back to me. Is that normal? I have alr hit the min spend for my qb but maybe cos im not a top spender, my SA always takes very long to respond to me. Would like to see if its normal or is my SA just not great :(

Should be 3-6 months or maybe faster
Sometimes My SA ghost me 3 days. Its normal. Just be patient ❤️
