I think the fact that she offered to be your SA in the first place is a good sign! Usually SAs have back to back appointments, it also depends on the item that you are looking for. Imo, if the item is rarely instock or reserved for high spenders, SAs might not be able to prioritise newer clients. Even if a request is placed, the chances of getting it is slim so they'd rather wait for restock and inform you subsequently. Try visiting more frequently and buy small ticket items, establish a relationship, talk about trips, kids whatever that could gain rapport so your SA is more like a friend, and you gain a good impression.

Just like at work, if a particular co-worker is very nice, or click better you'll help them over other colleagues that you seldom speak to. Of course if a superior (I.e. High spender) request for assistance you will have to prioritise them. Be a little patience and try to establish a good relationship!
Thank you so much that makes me feel very encouraged! and thank you for the tips!! Will continue to work and build on the relationship and hopefully will get there :)

yes. At Liat. Just ask if can buy anything after the show or just watching only?
Is it fashion show?
It’s a trunk show.. so you’ll have models modelling the SS23 RTW offerings while you’re seated and enjoying champagne and canapés.. your SA will be seated beside you and you can tell him/her which items you’re eyeing. After that, your SA put the items you want in the changing room and you can try them on. Everything is subject to availability so it depends whether you’re on day 1 or 2. Implicitly, you’re expected to buy.

Wow thank you so much to clear me

The SA I met at Liat asked me to fill out a customer satisfaction form, but I lost the link. does anyone here happen to have it? (This is a first for me, no other H SA has ever asked, so perhaps this is a new thing?) im also looking for his card so I can contact him to ask lol. And, yes, he told me about the RTW event, and clients who go are presumed interested enough to purchase.

ETA : I found it. If anyone else needs it, it’s [email protected]
