Thanks! It definitely sucks because we really enjoyed working with them. We did get referred to another colleague, so will see how that goes.

I believe another SA left earlier this year, wondering how that has played out for those affected. i.e. does your pre-spend still count and now it's more about building a relationship with your new SA (along with purchases)? Or do you have to start over completely?

I'm sorry! I wonder if it's my SA too? I don't think it completely re-sets, but you do need to build up a relationship/spend with the new SA b/c they have to feel compelled to bring your case for a QB to the SM/SD.

That does suck, I'm so sorry to hear it! ;_;

That makes sense, wondering if it's better to work with a newer SA rather than one who has been at the store for a while with established clientele that they need to prioritize.

Sorry just saw your earlier response 🤪

My SA left in April and my new SA is great! My old SA offered me a bag, let me know they were leaving and introduced me to my new SA in my final appointment. So I would have been starting over so to speak anyway.

ETA: although my former SA introduced me to my new SA, the SM did reach out to me via email a few days later to offer to connect me with a new SA. They want to keep us happy!

Is your SA going to introduce you to someone? That's what happened to me and I think the SM approved it (me working with the new SA)...I had already moved at that point and for me, it was rather specifically the SA at my former store that I liked and had built the relationship with and I don't have the time to fly back and forth.

It depends...I've heard it going both ways, I think it depends on the store. But your pre-spend does count, especially if the SM knows about it...obviously take my advice with a grain of salt, but I can see the SM considering something like "TopRamen has been a loyal client of the brand, etc." when the new SA brings up your name. So I don't think you need to spend a full 2:1 or 3:1 with the new SA, but probably do need to buy some items to establish that relationship. Just my non-expert opinion.
