I'm sorry! I wonder if it's my SA too? I don't think it completely re-sets, but you do need to build up a relationship/spend with the new SA b/c they have to feel compelled to bring your case for a QB to the SM/SD.Thanks! It definitely sucks because we really enjoyed working with them. We did get referred to another colleague, so will see how that goes.

There is a new SA at the store, I don't know if he is taking clients yet, but he used to work at Burberry in the mall.That makes sense, wondering if it's better to work with a newer SA rather than one who has been at the store for a while with established clientele that they need to prioritize.
My SA left in April and my new SA is great! My old SA offered me a bag, let me know they were leaving and introduced me to my new SA in my final appointment. Is your SA going to introduce you to someone? That's what happened to me and I think the SM approved it (me working with the new SA)...I had already moved at that point and for me, it was rather specifically the SA at my former store that I liked and had built the relationship with and I don't have the time to fly back and forth.That makes sense, wondering if it's better to work with a newer SA rather than one who has been at the store for a while with established clientele that they need to prioritize.
