What do you buy when you don’t really have anything in mind lol? When are the new season items coming? I haven’t found anything new and interesting on the website and I am quite busy to just go in and browse. I need some inspirations from you guys.

I find that for H, it's better to keep an open mind and just be surprised by whatever they have. I agree though, it's hard to plan with H. Shoes are good if your feet are on the narrow side, cashmere coats are lovely and I like their RTW a lot. Their FJ is pretty but obviously you have to love it. Some people love the housewares but I have a toddler so I have no need for it. I do have a blanket and it's surprisingly versatile.

Of course, SLGs and bags are great here but I also like other categories like hats. Their leather gloves lined with silk or cashmere are also lovely.

I don't even look at the website anymore since it seems that store stock does not represent what's online. For me it's best to just go in and see what they have, although I understand if you are too busy to go in. Also I find that even if I want something from online, when I message my SA about it they ignore me. Likely because they don't have it.

That's too bad they ignore you! My SA will tell me when something isn't available.

As for getting stuff, I ask my SA if there's anything new in that's my jam, and they know me well enough to usually say. I just bought a new men's 100cm scarf that was a 2023 and the last one in the country I believe, because they had a different colorway I tried on in store and I asked if they still had the blue one I remembered. So sometimes it's just shopping in categories I know I like and seeing what there is.

I was actually just warming up to the idea of shopping in the men's department for scarves! The mufflers and 100 scarves seem to have fun designs and is cheaper than the women's scarves? :graucho:

The first scarf I bought, and my favorite format are the 100cm cashmere silk scarves! They're like the shawls but so much easier to wear- way less bulky than a shawl but longer than a 90 cm by just enough to make it not slip off as easily. It's also warmer. I have NO IDEA why H hasn't just expanded this format beyond the limited color palette of what they think men will/should wear. (A very narrow band of neutrals, blues and occasional pop of yellow or orange). It's imo the best scarf format they make. If I had any say in behind the scenes offerings, that would be the first thing I'd insist on. ^_^

How much do you ladies and gents drop when you visit the store?
I don't go in that often so I consider more than 1 item every time I come in, so always at least a couple of thousands. But most of the times, I spend a lot more, 5k and above because everything is getting expensive throughout the years. When I started to shop a few years ago, I was able to spend less, in the hundreds, because shoes and scarfs and twillies were much cheaper, but not anymore. But it really depends on the type of items you prefer to buy.

Do you know if getting bags from online would delay getting bags from the store? I heard some rumor online, but I am not sure if it's applicable in our store.
I received a quota bag offer within a week or two of scoring a mini Lindy online last year. My SA knew about the mini lindy and congratulated me for getting a hard-to-find bag online.
