It depends...I've heard it going both ways, I think it depends on the store. But your pre-spend does count, especially if the SM knows about it...obviously take my advice with a grain of salt, but I can see the SM considering something like "TopRamen has been a loyal client of the brand, etc." when the new SA brings up your name. So I don't think you need to spend a full 2:1 or 3:1 with the new SA, but probably do need to buy some items to establish that relationship. Just my non-expert opinion.

She did introduce us to someone but we didn’t get a chance to talk much as the other SA was with a client already.

How about the first letter of their name? I admire your approach to this. However, their terms do not concern me. They should know that once one client is told, news spreads like wildfire and they should send a message to all clients at the same time. This is how my workplace deals with sensitive issues affecting clients and shows respect to those that keep us in business.

PM would be appreciated too though :)

I’ve thought about this scenario before and can’t say I would stay at this boutique if my SA left.

We have the same SA that's leaving. She introduced me to the SA that she recommended and told me that she will be transferring my profile over to her unless I have someone else in mind. I don't have another SA in mind so I will just go based off her recommendation.

Agree with this- I was told by my SA pretty much any bag purchase, but particularly something in demand, would delay an offer of a b/k. That's why I haven't gotten one since my picotin.
