I went in as a walk-in the first couple of times till I found my SA after which I've always set up appointments with them. The store doesn't seem to be too crowded during the week, so walking in might be good to browse around and see who you 'click' with.
Yea I walked in a few times prior to settling with an SA. Also might be good to read all the google reviews to get a feel and be familiar with some names.
I just found out about this the other day when I was picking up my engraved fragrance; my SA brought it up (my bday is also during that month so it came up that way) and asked if I would be interested. I have several bags/styles but don't have a Herbag yet. I think it sounds fun with all the different options! Especially having a bag to carry around when I don't want to use a leather bag. Sort of like a "mini SO." I didn't get any details of what the options are, so I guess we'll all be surprised

Did anyone end up going this week? I went at the beginning of the week. I'm sort of unsure on when I get my bag? Does anyone know how long it is supposed to take?
What exactly did you go in for this week..? Did your SA say you were being offered a bag..?
There was a special order Herbag event, maybe this is what OP went in for?
I went this week and they said the bag would be ready to picked up by tomorrow, but the personalization would take a few weeks. Have you heard back yet?
