I don't really think it's about being "kindest," it's a business relationship and you just have to get a long ok with an SA and then work with them towards what you want.

You actually don’t want the kindest one, they may not last the gauntlet
They just look like they are chronically fatigued and stressed.
Baseline in terms of snobbishness but it’s the same across all Hermes so they’re not any worse. I think they’re tired of people asking for bags.
I can’t decide if I want to spend my prespend here or just go to Hawaii. They don’t even have good selection of items for prespend.

I've seen a couple of aloof SAs here, but for the most part, they interact well with the customers. At least, the SA I work with is nice to talk to 🤷
Same, my SA is fun to interact with and I find that time flies fairly quickly during our appointments, before we know it, it’s been an hour. However, that’s a sample size of about one, so I can’t speak for the other SAs, but I’ll say there is at least one really friendly SA here
I’m thinking about it. Do you know what options there might be? Is it only colors or potentially different type of leathers? The Herbag is one of my favorite styles and I already have a couple, so only am interested if there are cool options beyond colors.
My vibrato Herbag from 2002/2003 is my least used bag so opted out of this opportunity. And, thanks to @acrowcounted and their info above, I have no FOMO at all!
