Could anyone help me with this one please? I found it on second hand website, the seller says it is 70*70 cm, I can't tell if it is vintage silk or not. It is just blue without any picture. Maybe from some old men's collection?Screenshot_20200911_140807_fr.vinted.jpgScreenshot_20200911_140801_fr.vinted.jpg

Can anyone give me the date of this cw of Ascot 1831/Ronde de Jockeys by Francoise De La Perriere please?

Choices are 1969 (don't think so, it has a copyright sign) 2004 (most likely) and 2011 (I think I would have bought it then if it had been out but you never know)

Bright green border with some navy and gold accents, neutral horses and blue/green (jockey) silks. Predominantly white background.

Thank you

I will answer myself :roflmfao:

OK. Papertiger, it's from 1969.
You can tell coz it says 'Ascot 1831' unlike the later versions which actually say 'La Ronde de Jockeys' when it was renamed coz less racing savvy people would know what Ascot was and could therefore apply 'LRdJ' to any racing gathering :smash:

Next time I suggest you put the light on and read the scarf before posting and wasting everybody's time :lecture:
