THE BOOKLET HAD NO ARTIST STATED, DALLET MIGHT HAVE BEEN A SITE ERROR
DID YOU TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF THE ATTRIBUTION ?
BUT, I AM STILL NOT 100 % CONVINCED THIS IS QUADRI SINCE IT IS FOLDED IN THE PHOTOS

I wish I had kept the screenshots at the time, or at least kept better notes, as I do now. Here's another photo - it's of a part of the scarf. I hope it's enough to show what it is - the design is four equal black squares divided by that white border with another thin black line.

Scarf atribution is tedious unless you are lucky and the scarf was in the booklet, and you have the booklet or you saved a site screenshot
I remember some of the horse head jacquarded designs were partially attributed to Peron, who did the horse head only , not the rest of it
this one was entirely unattributed on the website and never made the booklet , ie Peron did not get credit for the horse And H has never said who laid out the original four square quadri

Thank you so much for this information! Now I know to save whatever information there is on the website. I'm surprised that the SAs who I saw the other week didn't know this (one of whom was the one who actually sold me this scarf in 2018, so she has been there a while, and the others said that she is the most knowledgeable in the SF store). Now I'll just relax and enjoy the scarf!

Relax, all that matters is is whether you like the scarf
and honestly all the variants of scarves are infuriating

For your daily chuckle ...

I was going to state EMPHATICALLY ... well.. you cant find the artist names WITH ANY CERTAINTY for much other than the 90s - because those are the ones that are signed ..
Silly me, this is an unsigned 90, an exception to the rule , what do I know ?

Also, this is a recent jacquard, where they credited the design in the background as well as the main design (which in this case is not much, just squares...)
Only 2 examples come to mind where they credited both designs ... but I am sure there are more

It is a pareo - sarong rather than a scarf per se
Hermes has not published any info on the pareos
this one is Indian themed which is about all Know about it
Musical instruments In corners

ps the size of a pareo is much larger than a 140cm , 54 in
they are kind of voluminous to wear as scarves, special attention to knotting and folding helps, they work best as beach sarongs

I don't know the exact name, but if you search up "Hermes Shells Pareo," you will this pareo in other color ways that have sold on sites like Fashionphile. The exact name is probably not known by many, but it may have included "coquillage."
