I am so happy I can contribute to this inquiry (and I hope I'm right).
It's indeed from the men's Dept. "Steeple Chase" 90 Carree 100% cotton. I saw it months ago on the German H web site, (it's still there!) but None of the shops I've been to in the last 10 Months even knew it exist!

Ps. Dear Marietouchet, I deeply admire your knowledge and all the time you dedicate to all of our questions and authentifications, brava!

We may be getting confused between several designs and just to be geeky - all the geometric designs look alike to me especially in the mens collection
Just to be geeky, we may be talking apples & oranges , we have been speaking of several different designs in various fabrics
1. STEEPLECHASE - see photo of MULTI color scarf, this issue was a 90cm silk twill from the LADIES collection
2. STEEPLECHASE - see photo of brown scarf - SAME design - was reissued in the MENS collection - this 90cm was in silk & cotton blend - monochrome cws and different fabric
3. Imprimeur Fou STEEPLE POSTE - see green gray scarf - in 140cm CS. The tiny orignal photo of the flying scarf is a but misleading , it is not ombre , I have no photo of it in red.
This is one of those mashup designs - it a combo of two earlier ones - Poste et Cavalerie & Steeplechase, each overprinted on the other in a finesse/ pen & ink style (not ombre). You can see the epaulettes of Poste et Cav in teh corners and the square racetrack of Steeplechase in the middle.
4. Poste et Cavalerie - see photo of blue & red scarf - with epaulettes in the corners
5. Mystery scarf from 2016AW - with triangles and plus symbols on borders - this is none of the above designs - cashmere ? wool ? size ??
The two web site screen shots have useful product nbrs

The border with the triangles and plus symbols did threw me off at the beginning. But on the picture from the Pret a Porte show the scarf does look like it folds like a cotton scarf would, that's why I thought about this 90 men's- carree from the german web site. I do think the patterns match....
The scarf on the website ends with a dark border, while the one on the picture has a brighter border (with the triangles) but this brighter border comes after the dark border. I figured the show version of the scarf is slightly different than the actual version that hits the stores months later. Like it was a few years ago when "Couvertures et Tenues" GM C/S came out. It was a fringed shawl on the runway, but only a rolled one on the stores... (I even thought, maybe the triangles are just color samples from the print on the scarf that get cut out at the end!?!)
