I wanted to share with you some quality issues with my wife's runway jumpsuits pants. This was bought in 2023 if I remember correctly and was worn only 3 times in total.

She noticed some threads coming out and some peeling. We took it to our boutique and they sent it to Paris.

We were disappointed to find out that H can't fix it stating that the fabric is sensitive and implying that it's our fault for not taking care of it. They offered us to clean it for a price even though it doesn't require any cleaning.

We have faced some issues with runway pieces in the past like finding a sewing needle in one of the skirts. We are very disappointed with the quality of H RTW given the hefty price they are asking for.

I’m so sorry @A.Ali . this is really a fail. :( And, the other issues you have had shouldn’t exist at this price point from this brand. It makes me feel like sticking to purchasing basic pieces rather than runway or more unique specialty ones.

I have posted earlier about multiple issues with RTW. Definitely not the quality I expect for the price. Or period. Some of the issues I have not had even with cheap stuff. Like I have never in my life lost a button or had an unraveled sleeve until I started buying H
