I am happy for anyone who gets what s/he wants from a Hermes boutique but today, I was in "my" boutique and I wanted to put the shawl I was returning on the counter while I was looking and you would have thought I had placed a bomb on the counter. Nope, can't do that. New policy says so. Since it was not "their" merchandise, I had to keep it in my hands while I shopped. Okay. I asked about a CDC, and my usually darling sa almost admonished me for asking since I have "so many." I think sa's are feeling the pressure and even they don't like it. Big ole Bummer! Also, even if I know of a bag sitting in another boutique, my sa may not call and transfer it. No "leather" transfers. Big bummer again.
I wanted to follow up on my bad experience at my boutique as I was back in last week. In retail, a sa is there to make ME happy and to be nice and accomodating. And that did not happen a month ago as I shared with you all. However, when I showed up last week, my sweet sa was back. We all have bad days and if this never happens again, I will just chalk it up to unaligned stars. I can forgive; I can forget. As you remember, I was very upset, but it is over now. Thanks for listening.

They won't even give inventory information over the phone, I called a couple of stores since I have friends that could probably help me to get the items but when I called, the first thing they ask is if I was local, and as soon as I told them I wasn't local they kindly told me they could not give that information to me, this is ridiculous!![]()

Well I was going to but she didn't give me a chance, just wanted to know if I was local first! I think they must have caller id!!
I'm so turned off Hermes now bc all their games, I hope the sales drop and people will buy other brands and people stop calling, then they will see how they treat customers. I will take my business else where they appreciate my $$!
Hmmm, if you are not too turned off by H, call another store. I was told very clearly that H can ship non-leather items, so it does not matter if you are local. PM me for more information if you are just looking for non-leather items. You were probably unlucky and spoke to a nasty SA.
