I just called over to Madison Avenue today and was asking about their belt stock. They told me new policy is they can not speak about what is in stock over the phone. That you have to come in and see what they have. I told her I was coming in tomorrow and that was that. It really stinks they can't even tell you yes or no over the phone

I was there today, and they had no belt straps.

That's amazing bc I have been in Madison and have seen them pull them from the back, too :smile1:

Yes I thought they kept all of them in the back. The one I passed on a few days ago was brought out from back. It was 75cm which fit fine, but I wanted 80cm in case I gained some weight....and today even that one was gone. At least it was for black/gold combo....

Thanks for all the responses!!!
I don't live in NYC unfortunately but long island so I do go to the city pretty often. So if there is no wait list then I will just keep popping in until I can get a belt kit

I also live near the manhasset store but it's tiny and I don't think they have much stock

If anyone goes to madison H frequently and happens to see belt kits can you please PM me cause I can get there in 30 minutes!

do we have a list of H boutiques that are still doing phone orders?
Or are all of them in the U.S. changed to the new policies 100% now?

Was curious about Las Vegas and Hawaii as those are usually the "nicest" more easy going locations in the past...not just for Hermes but also for other designers like Chanel etc...

You can cross off Vegas unless you have shopped there previously. Don't know about Hawaii, but it wouldn't surprise me if they got lumped in with the continental US.

What about Alaska, is there a H there and if so, what's their policy? Are all following the pack leader, the moron behind the curtain in OZ?

Forget about Hawaii. I heard the same as well as Guam, for that matter. As for the wizard of OZ who invented the brilliant policy, the insanity has
