I would be in the market for a MonsieurB tote but the fact you can not choose your color is for me a big problem. You can always order them and send them back if you don’t like it … but it would be so much easier to find them in shop and select when you like it. 🤷🏼‍♂️
Does anyone know which shops have petit H for sale ? I can easily travel true Europe.

Unsold seasonal items get “recalled” by corporate at some cadence (after two years?) and then offered at the random national sales events.

I believe that it is the off-cuts or scraps from the making of the main products. Someone more in the know can correct me if I am mistaken, however.

Yes, Petit H is used with left over scraps including silks & leathers, but the workmanship
& details do exist in these products & many of them are not duplicated..
I'm a big fan of Petit H & prefer to handpick what I want in Paris & you just never know what
unexpected events take place at Sevres

I also heard that the use scraps and left over bits of leather, however what do they use for larger items - the ones that look as if a whole scarf is needed ? Are they overproduction, unsold items or made especially ?

As I understand it; the larger pieces also come from batches that didn’t meet quality control standards.

Ah thank you! Yes the above are from , rue de Sèvres, - there is a permanent petit h sales section. It’s one of my very favourite places- all one offs unique really…

Finally had the chance to visit petit H HQ at Serves. To be honest I was expecting more selection but didn’t see anything that wow’ed me beyond what I see on the US website. Still pining for the return of the bear or the PM turtle. Or a hippo

Question…you can order petit H online and get a random color scheme/variation back. I know there are no petit H items physically in store in the US, but can US SA’s still place orders for the item that will come randomized? I.e. would an SA still get the credit for ordering a petit H item

My SA said she has no access to Petit H items and advised me to order it online if I see something I like. However, she mentioned that our store will have an event soon. Maybe check with your SA to see if your store has these events.

Petit H is returning to New York City this week!
The event will be held in the Madison store from October 11th to 26th.
