This sounds so fun! What item choices could you make?It was a fun experience and I've never been invited to any event before so I was grateful. Looking at the items that were made by the craftsman and not for sale was amazing - I saw a beautiful mosaic table made out of shattered peices of the Soliel pattern and many other beautiful items that were unimaginable. Some items were for sale. There were tons of charms for sale and there was a BIG red apple charm that was made to mark this occassion, and the items that I purchased were wrapped with complimentary ribbon charms. I made a mask that looked like it came from the DRESS CODE scarf. It was very crowded and good people watching. My SA helped me make my mask so it was good bonding. Also there was a staff/craft person to help you make your item. Lots of staff. Hermes was really ahead of their time as it related to sustainability.
Dumb question but do you get to take it home for free or was it for purchase?I don't know what other item choices there were honestly, everyone at my table was making a Dress CODE mask.
The masks were set for us at our seat when we sat down at the table on individual leather placemats.
FYI you could use little of peices of silk in the shape of flowers and little peices of leather in all different shapes to decorate your mask, including wings. We were not able to use exotic leather - I asked but it was not available to us. The leather we used all seemed like togo in many, many colors and shapes and the decoration supplies were abundant. You could use as much as you wanted to enhance your mask, but you could not take any of the unused supplies home, I asked. I made an Hermes orange mask and used all leather fluerettes to enhance it. I did see others making things but I don't remember the details. It was crowded and I did not linger at other stations. I just followed my sales associate and went were she wanted me to go.
