Bribery was a problem in PA store. They just changed the director, hopefully things will get better here.
That sounds unlikely that there was bribery and even if someone did get fired for that I don’t think they would go around telling customers about it LOL. It’s pretty common for people to change jobs. The director of Palo Alto did not change. The director who opened the store was amazing but he left for a senior role at another brand about a year ago. The newer woman director still works there because I saw her when I was in the store a few days ago.

I think this was my SA! I was just chatting with her on Wednesday so imagine my shock/surprise when I got a text the next day stating she’s no longer with the company. If she was planning on quitting I’m pretty sure she would’ve told me on Wednesday so I was wondering if H fires their associates. I was so sad since I’ve only worked with her the past four years…
She probably just got a new job. Everyone on here always assumes that there is drama at every H store. ‍♂️

News travels fast ;)
And of course the news wasn’t coming from the perpetrator.
All I’m saying is that it may not be accurate news and if someone did get fired that’s sad and not something that people should be gossiping about. It’s better to keep the discussion positive and about topics like stock, bag offers and events.

How is stock these days? I'm assuming it's low like most stores, and it's after the major holidays. I miss the days when there were bags on display! I haven't been in a long time.
Depends what you’re looking for! There was a picotin and tons of slgs on Saturday (Jan 14). There’s a ton more colors now compared to last year so I’m excited to see what’s available this year!

Do they let you look at scarves and then put in an order for shipping out of state? I wanted to buy a relative in MA a scarf but would like to choose one in person... I could of course go home and order it online myself to get free shipping, lower tax, etc. but do they let you just do this in store?

Yes, you can have any in store purchase shipped to “your home” address when purchasing in person. Most stores will make you pay a FedEx shipping fee ($20-$40 depending on speed) but the sales tax is calculated to the state of shipment so it could still be financially beneficial, especially if you were just going to pay to ship it there yourself anyway.

Thank you for answering! Bummer they don’t let you ship for free but I suppose that’s when they’d just say, go home and order it from the website.

I told my SA months ago I wanted a Picotin 18 and it's always "not available". I found out today the SA has left. So now back to making a new SA relationship and repeating the whole wish list again. Any advice for Hermes PA is greatly appreciated.
