a person who spent over 40,000 dollars in Palo Alto store wanted to discuss with the store manager. However store manager refuses to meet her. She only can ask the headquarters. Anyhow, she did meet the store manager, but the manager’s attitude is so bad and he didn’t want to solve the problem. And said “there’s no link sales”. She only can turned to the headquarters. Than she got this very insulting mail.View attachment 5157864

I don't know, personally I find it really hard to believe a president of a billion dollar+ annualized operation would a) spend time to write this email b) pen it in this way. "There is nothing more we can do" really does not sound like H to me & I can not imagine someone at this level despite everything else said to "hey you're unhappy so shop somewhere else". I also feel it is pretty easy to start typing in an app and screenshot like this is an email that was received but who knows..... I just don't feel that this is really the way H would handle this. There is far more to this than any of us know, and i personally don't care to lol

I had the same thoughts. On top of these, the "email" is full of grammatical mistakes. I doubt Robert Chavez, having graduated from Princeton, would make such mistakes. To me, it looks like someone should have spent those 40k on the resale market and gotten exactly what they wanted without having to hire someone to hold a sign in this heat.

The email sounds much less than professional. I doubt the president would even bother with this person. I used to go to this store before I moved, and while I do think you need to spend a large amount to get a B/K/C, most SAs and the manager are very kind and polite. I ironically got a B before a mini lindy.

Thats what I thought. Maybe something is wrong with the store’s management :hrmm:
I have come to that conclusion. I am considering the SF store, especially since I live right across the bridge from it. Still contemplating. I’m planning a trip to Las Vegas next month so maybe I can try my luck there. At this point I just think it’s time to close the door to PA.

I’m in Las Vegas and I am super impressed. So far it appears better than Palo Alto. I never gave San Francisco a try but I have heard they are busy and SAs are not like they use to be. Wish me luck!
