a person who spent over 40,000 dollars in Palo Alto store wanted to discuss with the store manager. However store manager refuses to meet her. She only can ask the headquarters. Anyhow, she did meet the store manager, but the manager’s attitude is so bad and he didn’t want to solve the problem. And said “there’s no link sales”. She only can turned to the headquarters. I don't know, personally I find it really hard to believe a president of a billion dollar+ annualized operation would a) spend time to write this email b) pen it in this way. "There is nothing more we can do" really does not sound like H to me & I can not imagine someone at this level despite everything else said to "hey you're unhappy so shop somewhere else". I also feel it is pretty easy to start typing in an app and screenshot like this is an email that was received but who knows..... I just don't feel that this is really the way H would handle this. There is far more to this than any of us know, and i personally don't care to lol
