Noir, Taurillion Clemence, PHW! What is Taurillion? Are there multiple types of Clemence?

That’s hilarious, we were totally there at the same time! I was distracted by the beautiful 140s in the front ;)

Logistically I like Stanford for the parking and other stores (ahem, Shake Shack). The SAs also seemed more friendly, most of them seemed on the younger side. And the larger space made it easier to browse, even with a stroller. When is SF moving to their permanent space? I’d give them another try then esp since that store is closer to me.

I did ask the Stanford SA if they had any Bs or Ks on the larger side and he smirked and said they are “nearly impossible to get”...sigh. I wonder if I’ll be too small of a fish there.

In any event, knocked off a couple items from my wishlist! Unfortunately for my bank account, I’ve discovered some new items to add so it hasn’t gotten any shorter

According to my SA, the SF store at 125 Grant Ave will open on Nov 15, 2019.

I love this store so much! I stopped by today at lunch time to pick up a twilly I asked my SA to set aside for me, and even though she was busy with an appointment, another SA helped me out and could not have been nicer. To top it off, my main SA then surprised me with a bag off my wishlist! Definitely not what I was expecting but such a welcome surprise! While I'm curious about what the remodeled SF store will be like, it'll be hard for me to ever switch my allegiance from the Palo Alto store!

Getting it as a surprise is the best part!

I wonder if we have the same SA! If I were back in the Bay Area, Palo would definitely be my home store. Yes, their inventory may not be as expansive as SF, but their client service has grown by leaps and bounds. Though I visit only when I’m in town, I still feel as if I’m treated like a local.

Truthfully I love all the SAs there- they really could not be nicer and it really feels genuine!

Hello, I am new and was wondering if anyone could be generous to let me know the process of obtaining a Birkins or a Kelly handbag?

Do I go in person to ask a sales representative? Or call them? Thank you!

Does anyone know if Stanford Shopping Center is open / with power? Supposed to drive down there to meet my SA tomorrow but not sure if I should make the trek from the East Bay. Hope everyone in the area is safe and with power. TIA!

Hi, was wondering if anyone could tell me how stock is at this location? The PA store is closer to me than SF and I'm looking to purchase a Picotin 18. I know the Picos are a bit harder to find and I haven't had much luck on the H site. TIA.
