Hermes Palo Alto had some beautiful shawls and scarves on display, and lots of colorful silk scarves in their display case. I wasn't looking for anything in particular, just browsed a little. The window displays were cute! I should have snapped a photo. Was anybody else there today? There was a young lady contemplating some beautiful shawls.

Anybody looking for 19AW silk/shawls should go now! I posted some in the scarves thread. They also (finally) have lots of twilly offerings.

Moderators, feel free to delete or move this post if not appropriate for this thread. The Banana Republic at Stanford Shopping Center had a display case with goods from a partner site called What Goes Around Comes Around. These are secondhand designer bags including some Hermes and LV products.

Hi ladies (& gents)! I just walked into Hermes (Palo Alto) for the first time last week to get a Kelly wallet I’ve been lusting after and some twillies (heard they don’t count ;) ). Then I was right back there a week later to get my husband a belt. I guess I am already addicted and my bank account is mad at me. I just want to say hi to and thank you ladies for the inspiration and this post in particular since I was quite intimidated. I am hoping to score a Birkin or Kelly one day but for now, I dream in scarves and twillies.

Congrats on your new wallet. Now that all the butterflies in your stomach have flown, enjoy each of your H shopping experiences! I do like this boutique and can’t wait to visit again at the end of July.

Had to pick up little man from tech camp at the University, but was a little early so thought I'd stop by the shopping center to pick up some Sprinkles to cheer him up. Still had time so I popped by H to say hello and just look around to kill time. Lo and behold! Do my eyes deceive me?! On the charm wall there were...RODEOS! :amazed::whut::drool::yahoo: Two PMs and two GMs (I think as I was only interested in the small ones). Needless to say, I snatched them up and they happen to be two colors I really wanted. Here's the bag dump (with photobombing cat...waiting for the ribbon untying no doubt :facepalm:).

For you rodeo lovers/collectors, these are gold/rouge indien/celeste and noir/gold/bleu saphir (ignore vicious ribbon clawing cat). SA gave me two fresh ones, still sealed from the drawer and I believe she has a few more, plus the ones still hanging from the charm wall. I was there close to 5pm today, so for those interested, they may still be available tomorrow.

I picked up your gold friend’s cousin today, the non contrast stitching PM! Mine was not in plastic as it was the second to last one but I’m still elated to start my stable hehe. There was a rose Azalee MM left in the store (on display) when I left at around 5 today.

Also got a Picotin 22 and an Animapolis twilly (I already have the 90 but I’m kind of obsessed w this design). Not a huge twilly selection IMO.

They also had an etoupe lindy, which apparently is a very difficult color lindy to come by?

Stanford store was gorgeous - love the new airy concept they’re doing!
