^ I've been shopping in Palo Alto since they opened (was going to SF prior). I honestly have not been able to purchase a Pico 18. Possibly due to my lack of effort to pursue one but every time I go there, they don't have any. I go there a few times a year for my regular visit so I try to get all I wanted in one go but never had a Pico 18 available. I also stop once in a while in SF to window shop and I think I've seen them displayed there a couple of times.

Thanks! Per the H site, it doesn't appear that SF store is taking any appointments right now (only curbside pickup). PA is taking appointments, however. I'll have to drop by when things are back to "normal".

Around January, before lockdown, I was offered an anemone Pico 18. I declined, as I already had another anemone bag.

I called yesterday and they didn't have any in stock. I gave them my preference and they said they'd give me a call back if they receive any in the colors that I want. I also called the SF store and the only color they have is black, which I declined.

I got my pico at the PA store, black with silver hardware, 22 though, not 18. There were two in the store. I also snagged a rodeo (last one). This was I think last fall? I found the stock to be decent variety and the SAs and general vibe very approachable, similar to the meatpacking store in NYC. I haven’t visited the new SF store yet. Good luck!

I was there yesterday and my SA said a couple of days ago they have the picotin in Vert bambou. They must have sold it.

Just picked up two purses from the PA store yesterday. Got a message from my SA earlier in the week saying she had a surprise for me. It ended up being two surprises! Picotin 22 Gold with GHW and my very first B in B25 in Bleu Nuit PHW. As I was waiting to see my surprise I saw another lady trying to decide on a Picotin 18 In Etoupe PHW and another one I think it might have been Craie. Maybe they just got some shipments in?

Lucky you! My SA just doesn't respond to my emails and I'm considering either switching store or SA.
