Silly me forgot what time I chose for my September appointment and my availability opened up this week so I was hoping to be able to cancel or adjust my appointment for this week. Oh well, I just made a new appointment for Wednesday. We’ll see what time I get the email/text lol. Then I have to find a way to cancel the September one
just wanted to follow up - had an overall very pleasant experience at the MP location. The SA I worked with was extremely professional, so helpful and recommended me things I would not have thought about for myself. They did end up sending me a text about an hour before the appt!
I know this isn't a quota bag, but has anyone been able to purchase a Picotin 18 at either store without purchasing history?

you don't need a purchase history to get a picotin 18! as long as its in stock, they'll be more than happy to offer it to you. that said, the picotin 18 is a very popular size so many times, if one comes in, its usually reserved for a client but you never know. if you're open to colors and hardware, you'll have a much better chance in getting one as a walk-in. hope this helps!
Thank you, this was super helpful! Surprisingly enough, I'm not much of a Birkin or Kelly girl so this would be my dream H bag. I'm usually partial to GHW but I'd be happy to get any color/hardware combo available. Would you say the 22 is easier to get than the 18?
I wouldn't make a huge purchase, but, if you're just starting to build a profile, it won't hurt you to buy a scarf or something. Your chosen store will see you like the brand, and if you tell them you're intending to make theirs your home store, they may well be happy to have "gotten" you from Madison. Plus/alternatively, you can look around Madison (which has a larger selection) for items you want and then ask the NJ store to order them...which will also go over well.
I second this! Madison was my home store for about a year until I switched exclusively to MP. My SA likes to tell me that the SM loves the fact that I shop downtown now. And each time I see the SM, he makes every effort to chat about all things H and discover the new ways I carry/dress my bags.

Just wondering if anyone here may know, how does the Manhasset location work with offering quota bags? I know it’s privately owned and the SAs don’t work independently, you just use whoever is available at the time. Is anyone here able to share how it works to build a profile here? Do the purchases need to be made in a certain amount of time? Do I wait to be offered, or can I be upfront and ask? I’d like to work towards my first quota bag and despite having 3 Hermes bags and my husband having a handful of accessories, I still feel like a newbie. TIA!
I just came on here to ask about this store as well. I'm just curious as to how I can get a response via email or a live person to schedule an appointment to go IN the store. I'm not even interested in asking for a bag. I just want a few items. I'm so frustrated with post co-vid customer service.
I was at the store recently. Just showed up during a weekday morning and walked in. If they are at capacity they add you to a waitlist. Technically I didn’t need an appt. I walked out that day with a bag.

It's gloomy today in long island and i thought to drive there but I'd hate to waste the trip to be told I need an appointment. The website said its an appointment only store. I will try. Thank you.
