Hello,

I am after only mini Kelly, since I “inherited” enough of B/K I am sure that it’s the hardest one to get right now. How long did it take you guys to be offered one? And what was your spending ratio for the IT bag? I already spent a little more than 2:1 and not sure if I should be pressuring my SA?

If you look at post #1,186 and #1,190, I went into some detail about this. I was surprised with a Mini K after 9 months. My spend between a B25 I got in Q3 and the Mini K I got in Q4 was 0, but I was at 3:1 before that offer in Q3. I personally feel like K25 Sellier has been the toughest for me to acquire, but I've been hearing of offers for Mini Kelly lately so hope you get one soon :smile:

Yes, they are all friendly and will do their best to meet your needs. ☺ I was there for a Herbag and got offered the Pegasus Pop edition. Of course its a yes.

hi may I ask given you spending ratio of 2.5:1, did you receive any B/K offer at all? Or it took you so long since you are looking for the exact color/ sizer 25? :) I thought the ratio 1.5-> 2 :1 should be “great enough”

Congratulations!! Did you get the C18?

I've been waiting on a C18 in Noir Espom GHW for more than a year now but was offered a C18 in Noir Espom RGHW instead a few weeks ago. My SA forgot I got the exact same spec 1.5 years ago as my first C18! So back to square one I've to continue waiting ...... hopefully it comes up soon!

Happy to report that I finally got a Constance mini in epsom noir ghw last Thursday!

I hope they email you. They told me they would call me back for an appointment when I called a week before Christmas and I never heard from anyone. I’m seriously not going to shop there anymore. All my sales people who were there aren’t there anymore and I don’t have the patience to deal with the new way the store works right now.

yikes... if someone has a SA rec, please DM me - I am trying to get something for a special occasion and I am finding it difficult to get appointments by calling (Madison and Wall)...

The teams are supposed to merge this weekend ( assuming that the COVID numbers don't spike). If so, that will certainly help in allowing for more appointments. You can also try MP- they are lovely. Last resort, some have called customer service and (NICELY) stated they were having trouble reaching a store to make an appointment. CS then will relay the message to the store.
There is also supposedly a way you can make an appointment on line, but I have not tried that. Good luck!
