I too am looking for a SA in ny/nj/ct area. I get the same vibe of "there's lots of VIPS" from the Manhasset store after shopping there for a month. I saw you visited the Manhasset store yesterday; how did you feel about the store?

Your vibe of Manhasset is spot on unfortunately they are known for games. I was told by the infamous Asian SA that I had to spend X amt in order to be put on a waiting list for the specific b that I was after at the time. Mind you, just for a waiting list! Needless to say, I bought what I wanted and didn't continue with her(but tough to avoid her since it's such a small boutique). I've tried with several other ladies in the store and have not been offered b/k, but I've not bothered to ask either. Since person to person experience can vary drastically, don't cross it off the list yet. Hope you find the right SA! :)

Hey L, I completely agree with the agree the arbitrary rules of H are terrible. I did a lot of research on this board and armed with knowledge of the game, I approached my first SA. Turns out it was Aleksey and while he may be a nice person, our personalities did not click. So the next time I went to Wall St., I purposely spoke to another SA to try and establish a good relationship. Luckily I found Regina and everything worked out. I much prefer working with someone I am comfortable with. This is not to put down Aleksey's customer service in any way, but I thought sharing my experience might help others in finding success. :smile1:

Absolutely darling J, I think everyone should do the same when starting out with H; and the key is to find someone who clicks with you and you are comfortable with. I got lucky with my SA from madison whom I didn't meet until much later on(back in the good days when phone charges is all you need)! But it isn't until recently I feel comfortable with an SA and feel the loyalty to make my purchases exclusively with her. I've seen a lot of iffy SAs and iffy isn't good enough ladies. Find one that you really can be friends with...look to establish a relationship that way...maybe it'll help clear up the unknown question, and it is what I'm trying ATM since I'm not after a B/K currently as well.

Thanks for sharing your experiences. I hope you find someone to work with soon as well! Echoing a sentiment shared earlier-shopping shouldn't be this complicated 😣
