Has anyone been able to score a K or C lately from the NYC stores, especially the Madison Ave? I heard the inventory is very limited. It would really be nice if I could be offer a Kelly or Constance for Christmas...

I was offered a B 35 in Noir at late December, not sure about their inventory at Madison.

Does any one know if rodeo pm in gold is currently available in any of the NY stores? I have been to the Manhasset store and seems like only two colors other than gold were available.

It's appointment only but you can call and get paired up with an available SA. I believe they have reduced hours currently and are working in teams, with each team in the store 3 days a week and WFH the other days

I know my SA uses this time to respond to inquiries from other clients, put in transfer requests, and generally catch up on emails and messages that were missed, etc. I know the in-store days are quite hectic as they attempt to book as many back-to-back appointments as possible!

When I was there around end of Dec, I saw a Rose Mexico one and a black/ blue saphhire rodeo.

Does anyone know if SAs are happy to ship anything across the pond? I desperately want a toiletry case, exclusively available in the US, but I'm based in the UK.

However, I shopped with an SA last year in NYC when travelling if that helps.
