One things I’ve noticed over the years is that, if you have an SA at Madison that you know you want to see, you need to make an appointment. Someone will always offer to help you, but most of the SAs are busy with their appointments.

Two weeks ago I dropped by and my SA was busy with an appointment, which was fine, because he knows that I don’t always know when I might have the time to stop in. Anyway, apparently Everyone knows that he is my SA (am I really there THAT often???) and the SA who did help me made sure that my SA got credit for the item I purchased, which was kind and classy, and I made sure that my SA knew that the other SA did that.

This seems to be standard procedure at my store as well -- the SAs support each other by pitching in to help one another's customers and give credit to the customer's SA. Works well for everyone.

There are so many familiar faces that SA's recognize that over the years they do extend courtesy when that
client's SA is either off or with another client.
I have never had any issue over the years. My SA is usually off on Friday & I try to work with him exclusively
so I don't run into an problem

This. I get on well with many of the SAs but everyone knows who my main one is at the store. If they happen to be free, they are happy to ring up a sale quickly but under my SA’s name. I am sure the favour is always returned. One big happy family.

Hi,
Was anyone offered a mini Lindy recently, I have a friend currently in nyc and was thinking she can pick up one for me. I contacted my SA there but she replies after ages, can my friend get it as a walk in ?

I think your friend should be able to walk into the three stores and ask directly. If anything maybe she can call in advance and ask about the stock

I think this will be fine too. However, since this bag is in such high demand, they are usually already spoken for even before the bag is delivered to the store. Good luck! You never know with Hermes!
