Maybe, maybe... (hopefully) the appt system is for time mngt for the SAs.. maybe not like the lottery appt system at FSH..that regular customers will still keep being offered but that client will have an appt slot to come in and see/buy the bag.. some stores do have tourists milling about the leather dept (not talking NYC) the store looks like a market, the SAs don’t get a break ( e.g. BH on a Saturday)... But if it’s lottery like FSH, i don’t see the point (bottom line, not sentiments) of being loyal to one SA/ store...:panic:

My boutique is not only in a tourist area but is also a flagship store. There are always people coming in and out and it is in a large shopping area that attracts many, many shoppers. To avoid any issues I always make an appointment with my sa a few days before I plan on coming in. The policy of Hermes is for the sa not move on to the next client until you are completely finished with the first one.

Hello - I'm so excited to say that I just went to the Madison Ave store this past Saturday afternoon and purchased my first Hermes bag!!! :biggrin: I'll report more on that later when I have more time to do a proper reveal.

This was my first time to this store so I didn't have an SA prior to ask for but was assigned Brian. He was so nice and really took his time with me to show me several different bags as I made my choice. Then took me upstairs to look at twillys to find just the right one for my new bag. Definitely ask for him if you go to the Madison store. :smile:
