Last year or the year before, Madison told me that they only ordered one plain bolide 31 (the implication being that there was zero demand). That may be changing bc of recent runway bolides. And, if you want a smaller size or a larger speciality travel one, it cannot hurt to ask.

Bolides pop up on the website frequently. Mini bolide and bolide 25. Maybe try to snag one from the website.
I finally visited the new Madison store yesterday to see the tailor. OMG what a gorgeous store! I spent a long while walking through every floor.

They are allowed to make an “exceptional appointment” every now and then but I don’t know what that interval is. Probably not every appt though. And I’m glad your SA is open to that idea now! 😉
Checking for any recent experiences with the Hermes location inside Roosevelt Field mall since the last post was made over 2 years ago. Are they still not a good location to build a relationship for pre-spend? The Roosevelt store is more convenient for me to get to, but if they don’t offer quota bags, I might as well go the extra distance and head to Madison Ave.

It’s a pop up store so they don’t sell bags. If you build a good enough relationship, they can sometimes offer to meet you to shop at Madison once in a great while and then maybe get a bag from Madison’s inventory but you are at a significant disadvantage compared to regular Madison clients. And unlike the other pop up store in NY, this one is not planned to become a full store so there is no future benefit to wait for. I would not recommend shopping there if bags are your goal.

Nothing with H is clear cut, especially ratios. A $50k jewelry purchase though is going to put you in a nice spot for beyond one bag offer and will likely help those offers be of a higher caliber. It wouldn’t have gone to waste either way. So at this point you’ve gotten three quota bags on $27k total NY spend? That’s great! What bags did you get? Would love pics!Ah wanted to update here. Thanks! I think part of the issue was we weren’t that comfortable with our SA since the experience felt so transactional. No pics for now because in the middle of switching to new SA since I’m really prioritizing finding someone to build long term relationship with. But I got a b30, k25, and b25 neutral colors.
