I got offered a benton mini 24/24 at Madison as a walk in and I saw one woman being offered a black Herbag and one a blue ostrich bolide. What I thought was interesting was that each offer really matched that person. The Herbag lady was very young, clearly after a basic starter bag, the bolide was for an older lady with a husband, she was dripping in jewelry and had an exotic H bag. Like she has everything she needs in life and a blue color ostrich bolide is the only item that she is missing at this point. I am not sure how I fit into that theory :-s:confused1::biggrin:

A tour would be amazing (!) but I'm the type to always feel like I'm burdening people especially when I'm just there to browse and take in the atmosphere. 😅

Ahahaha, I was actually debating if I should bring my touch MK because it's a domestic trip but I might just be running around the city for 2 days and catching a show so I would need something a bit more robust. 😆

Questions for the more expert and old clientele!

I've been shopping in Madison for 3 years now and been lucky enough to score some QBs. My SA at the end of April asked me if i were around for the next few weeks, that they might have something for me. However I havent heard back since. I know on mothersday theres a lot of shipment coming. My question is do bags keep rolling after May 12? Or if i do not hear back by tomorrow then most likely they werent able to find anything for me?

Most of the “Mother’s Day” inventory was sold the past two weeks (it’s supposed to be getting items to treat your “mom” with for the holdiay, either by gifting it to her on that day or celebrating by using it on that day). That’s not to say that I don’t think you’ll get a bag soon, but just that I think the big Mother’s Day inventory blow out is already behind us.

Anything is possible with Hermes. Did your SA say/imply that in relation to the Mother's Day event? Or, is this event just a coincidence given the timeframe?

My SA told me that I would get a bag (that I requested since last year) by my Birthday this year, but I did not get the bag by that timeline. Then, 2 weeks later, I got 2 bags offered (and my SA said that I can get those 2 bags on that same day, but I turned down one of them) and then an HSS order offer a week later. So, what I am saying here is that timelines do not always work out and anything can really happen with Hermes. :smile:

Good to know. My SA contacted me the other day to clarify a hardware preference so I thought perhaps an offer might be forthcoming but perhaps not. Or maybe I need to stop by and shop but since there is nothing I need at the moment it’s tough

They did not imply anything for mothers day but I just assumed. They just asked me if i were going to be around the next few weeks, and that they might have something for me. I will just wait and check in with them maybe in a couple of weeks :) thank you!

I think it depends on what you are looking for. I went in yesterday with appointment and got a K28. It showed they had inventory of KP/K25/B25 in the early morning and all gone in an hour. I asked if there will be a shipment in the afternoon or this weekend for Mother’s Day and the SA said very possibly not. Whatever showed in the inventory were the ones for Mother’s Day so I grabbed the K28 instead of K25.

However, she said there should be some more shipments coming around June. So maybe you can follow up with your SA?

Hi, I have been on the journey since last August. Wondering whether anyone who is a client at the Wall Street location would share their experience with getting a K28 or 25 there especially in terms of prespend. Thanks so much in advance!
