Hermès New York City Stores

My DH shops mens RTW and the selection is best at Madison. Having said that, the buy on certain popular items is limited to preorder, so items may be spoken for before they hit the floor. In the US, in theory, there is no linked selling, no presepend, and everything counts. In practice, in NY, I would not count any popular leather bags in prespend ratio. Madison has many shoppers who spend up to 5X, excluding leather, before obtaining a bag. It is entirely your call as to whether you want to switch home stores and start fresh.
Thank you!

Hi everyone, started to think about visiting Hermes NYC. I would appreciate any infos regarding which store would have the best men's collection. My local Hermes does not carry a lot of men's items, and I often had to outsourced my purchases through the hermes website (during its bag drops, etc.) or a reseller. Also for the spending, does bag purchases count toward our spending ratio? I don't necessarily look for a QB, but I would probably consider if I were to get offered one. Do you think it'd be wise to focus on my spending at the NYC store since generally they have more stock anyways? I have purchased more than 25k so far this year, most are for leather items. Thank you.
Your 25k spend won’t help you at a different store (NYC) and buying in NYC could negate your spend once you go back home (assuming you’re not intending to forever move your shopping to NYC). Just things to keep in mind. My advice would be to peruse NYC’s RTW inventory and then contact your home store SA for purchasing/ordering.

Thank you for the input. The one issue is I do not click with my new SA (new staff) in my hometown. I have inquired several items and she did not deliver. One the same day, different SA (my cousin's SA who I also know) ordered them for me only to order them under my cousin's account to avoid issue. Also on the same day, she was able to give me another item on my wishlist on the spot, meanwhile when I asked my SA she said none in stock.

I think the answer is switch to your cousins SA :)

Right, if only it were that simple She said she needs an approval from her SM/Director. So far no luck just yet.
Even at a larger flagship like Madison, a client is free to shop with whomever one wishes (No official break up required) If asked, you might simply say that you would prefer to shop with the same SA and your cousin for ease and convenience. Perhaps your SA and your cousins SA are unwilling to rock the boat bc your SA is new staff (i think you mentioned this), but in the end, the store would like to avoid this very situation, where the client is thinking about going elsewhere.

I don’t know how much notice they get or if there is a set schedule, but my SA said that as soon as he saw a gold sellier 25 on the list, he tagged it. (I dont have a wishlist, but he apparently he had this in mind bc he knew i wanted a 25B; knew i am a fan of sellier K; and that im a neutrals person).
Hi! If possible, could you please share your SA contact? Which location do you shop?
Thank you so much.

Have been spending over 15k at Fidi location for over 7 months and didnt get any quotas. Also tried to text my SA twice in the past 3 weeks and didnt receive a response. Do you think I should switch a SA? I feel bad for spending that much so far but didnt know how to move forward with my current SA
15k should get you some sort of offer unless your wishlist is extremely specific. Do you and your SA speak about your wishlist or QB often?
