IMO, 15K is about 1.5X over 7 months may have gotten an offer (B35 or K32 perhaps) precovid. Post covid, in general, I don’t think it will get much notice, let alone an offer, in NY bc of the spread of 7 months during which there are simply too many other clients patiently waiting who spend that much in a couple of visits. I don’t think a different SA would get you a different outcome. There are of course exceptions, but I would have recommended a reseller before boutique spend if you don’t feel good about your purchases independent from a bag.Have been spending over 15k at Fidi location for over 7 months and didnt get any quotas. Also tried to text my SA twice in the past 3 weeks and didnt receive a response. Do you think I should switch a SA? I feel bad for spending that much so far but didnt know how to move forward with my current SA
ETA: there are many comments on the thread regarding Hermes SAs and lack of electronic response. This could be due to a variety of factors including: they don’t have what you are looking for. A number of SAs at Madison hve also told me that they do not get extra time to check texts (so could have missed yours); and, they are inundated with texts and with clients shopping in person. Hermes corporate policy is to prioritize clients physically present at the boutique, so especially if you are new, I would not necessarily take a lack of text response personally. At one point or other, posters observed H SAs were not allowed to take business phones home, but I have no idea if this is the case now.
I wrote above with the assumption that the 15K in 7 months was in non leather goods, and I did not realize that you just consigned a brand new 25B to fashionphile, so perhaps my post is moot.
